Great place. New location, past year. Always a helpful staff. All the managers over different trips have always stepped up and helped instead of hiding like many other retail stores. Bought via special order a Yukon tool chest that I am really pleased with the heavy duty quality. The store is a few miles farther than my closest location, but the staff and area shipping makes my wife and I happy. Keep up the good work in Hadley Massachusetts.

I ordered an airless paint paint sprayer online. It was missing a piece so I brought it to the Hadley to exchange, without any difficulty. Great price too.

Has chains go, this one was well organized, clean, and we found immediately what we were looking for... In this case a 4 lb dead blow hammer. Extra kudos to the associate who cached us out at the register he was friendly and had a great sense of humor. For purchases like this there's no better place to go and how can you beat the selection and price for solid equipment.

This place has tools as low prices. Store is clean and the employees are very polite. They have a big selection here as well and you can find most tools and things that you are looking for. If you do not want to spend a lot of money at the big stores, I would highly recommend trying this place out.

Oh my this is like being a kid in a candy store. If you're there to buy a specific tool and on a budget, call to find out pricing, withdraw cash, and leave your cards at home. It took all my willpower not to leave with twice the tools I came there for. They have the best extended warranty policy of any store of any type I've ever experienced, the cordless drill I bought was high quality, and cost a little less than the crummy one I bought from the evil megacorp six months ago that died last month.

This store is a bit of a drive for me (1.5 hours) but since the item I was looking for was out of stock in my local store I decided to make the trek. Chuck and the team were extremely helpful and got me the best deal possible on a new air compressor. But a few minutes after I left I realized that they did not give me the compressor I was originally looking for. (It was a smaller, less expensive model). I turned around and went back and Chuck immediately acknowledged the mistake and promptly had me loaded up with the correct model with absolutely zero additional cost or hassles to me. These guys truly understand what *real* customer service is all about. KUDOS!!

So this is about my favorite store going. They have various grades of tools depending on your budget, from use it once and throw it away cheap, to lasts a lifetime quality, but all at affordable prices. Staff is typically pleasant and helpful, and my dog is welcome too. Highly recommend.

Harbor Freight is a tool and hardware related outfit. They used to have more things for machinists and such, and now are carrying more imported tools and gizmos. If you are lucky enough to have one nearby, like this one in Hadley is to the Northampton and Amherst area, check it out - they could have exactly what you need. This store, like all HF I have been in is clean, fairly well organized and has knowledgable staff.

A lot more organized then the springfield store . Much quicker with retrieving stock from back room . Was looking for the multiple electrical outlet strip that was empty on store shelf. He had asked what I Was looking for. And within a minute he had gone to check back room and had it in my cart. Nice to deal with professional and helpful staff.

I always find something at this place. Their prices are great if you don't care you're not getting DeWalt or Ryobi. I do a lot of work around the house and I find that what I get there serves me just fine. Definitely worth the trip to check it out.

The cleanest and neatest Harbor Freight store that I have ever been into. Carriages available. Staff were pleasnt (and masked). Customers were pleasant (and masked). Store is DEFINITELY COVID-19 aware, prepared and compliant. I will definitely shop there again because there's always a tool that needs to be replaced or purchased when fixing the vehicles.

Disappointed that coupons have been discontinued, but this location is great. The staff is helpful and they are always well stocked.

Now this is a store I could go to all day everyday if I had the funds too

Bought a bike rack here, very reasonably priced, didn't t realize the great variety of tools, etc.

They have a wide variety of tools and accessories
I purchased a 4"/$6" belt sander station for my shop very reasonable good quality.

Very nice tools, prices are getting slightly higher but the value is still there
