Dr Eppsteiner is amazing- I can’t express how grateful I am for his persistence, skill and kindness while working me over the last year. He and the rest of the team have helped me take my health and my hearing back- it was a terrible cycle of blocked sinuses due to enormous polyps- which caused my sinuses to get infected time and time again - the fluid was draining into my lungs and causing infections that created pneumonia half a dozen times in 2022. He never gave up - continued to work through ups and downs with me and I’m finally feeling like a human being again! We had a big family trip planned to Hawaii in May and he went out of his way to put new ear tubes in to ensure I’d be ok during the 15 hour flight. Thank you thank you thank you! So grateful I found you!

I was referred to them by my PCP for an evaluation on my nose. I had not been able to breathe properly for many years. My experience was very positive. I got through to a person to make my appointments and had surgery which was a success. The office staff in Northampton was very professional and Dr. Eppsteiner was wonderful. I had a total of five appointments without any major issues.

Dr. Robert is very good. He drove from as far as Springfield to treat me in ER of Cooley Hospital, Northampton. He explained every medical procedure clearly and completely. He also offered me to get follow-up in Northampton so that I don’t need to have a long drive to Springfield. Such a nice doctor!

I have to say Dr. Laureen Busekroos and her staff gave me excellent care. I was potentially facing have to deal with cancer and her caring and compassionate manner, help me with my anxiety throughout the whole process.

It's a good practice. I love Dr Reilly. She's kind, patient, and thorough. I saw another doctor there when I needed an urgent appointment who is technically good, but dismissive and communicates poorly. I won't see him for another office visit, though he has a reputation as a great surgeon.

Friendly staff overall, but I There's a sign in the staff office visible to anyone checking in for an allergy shot. The sign says, "Its National slap an idiot I know Day." I hope the sign doesn't refer to visitors.

I have had troubling mixed experiences here. My providers (doctor and nurse practioner) have always been good and I have no complaint. However, the reception here has been poor for quite some time. The worst of it, in my experience, has been when calling the Northampton office. Most recently I waited an appalling 45 minutes on hold to have a 30 second conversation. This is not uncommon. Whoever is in a position to improve this, PLEASE work this out, it's terrible and frustrating.

Dr.Eppistier is a great doctor! Helped find a guy to do my nose surgery a couple years back. But today I went to the office to get my ears cleaned out and the front lady in the office was soo rude to me and my mom and then the guy behind us who has trouble walking and she was very impolite, rushing, rude.

Long wait past scheduled appointment to be seen by the doc. Almost an hour. He did apologize but I’m thinking that a lot of specialty practices overbook and, if they get hung up with one patient, it creates a serious domino time effect. No one wants to wait almost an hour for a scheduled appointment. The doctor is good but health care is sucking money and time from our lives.

I have some urgency to be seen at this practice which seems to be the only game in town in these parts. Referred by my primary care physician who warned me that working with their systems would be a challenge. It was. I have waited two times for 30 minutes on the phone to reach their appointment person to make an adjustment with a scheduled appointment two months out. Finally left a message and no one has returned my call after five days. I'm sure their physicians will be profressional and helpful if I could ever get to them without such a patient managment hassle. The Chief Executive of this large practice needs to make some major 'user friendly' adjustments.

I made an appointment for an ear cleaning which they cancelled without explanation and then failed to reschedule. When I called to reschedule they booked the new appointment for 3 months out. During that 3 months they called and tried to change the appointment to an audiology appointment with hearing test on 3 separate occasions. Then I found out they had to change my appointment again because they had made my appointment for a hearing exam when all I needed was a cleaning. At the actual appointment they first tried to have me sit with an audiologist for a hearing test. The incompetent communication is mind-blowing. At the actual appointment I had to wait an hour while they figured it all out. Definitely would NOT recommend going here if you have any other options. The only reason they get more than 1 star was because the actual Dr was great.

I've been a client there unfortunately for many years. My past most recent visit was soo scarey and still to this day cuz at first I was told a Vatican was normal but wad referred to Dr M. A surgeon. When I called in confusion to if all is normal, then why have to come see surgeon? Theor response was. Well you need another scan and Dr M will go over it with you?????? That doesn't sound normal to me to me Aaaaand it would be nice & much more respectful To Be Honest With folks and nor leave them hanging fir 2 months with mixed (questionable professional expertise)that's just down right messed up and poor uncaring way to treat any cliet!!! Unfortunately I've not been hearing positive feedback from my close friends who've been there also.???? If the Dr's/Peeps wanna good rating. I guess they might start pymping out good treatment of those they developed? I hope they choose to soon. If they do ill change Mt ratings if they don't? I'll definitely lower my rating to fir my newest experience. God bless us all!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I had an emergency referral from the ER and sat on hold forever before getting through to the most rude, unhelpful, and condescending receptionist I have ever spoken to. My referral said I needed to be seen within 7 days and the soonest she could give me was 6 months. When I asked what an emergency would be she replied with “I can tell you what it’s not, whatever you’ve been dealing with” and then proceeded to HANG UP. I am in absolute shock over the behavior and believe that if this is a reflection of the office then they should absolutely be shut down. I can see from the other reviews that this is the universal treatment they give their patients. I would not trust any medical help from the “professionals” at this facility.
