Wendy's

The elder white guy is outstanding. Him asking one by one customer about the order before 15 minutes later close in drive thru. Wendy's need somebody like this person to handle the store. Out of 5 stars i will give 10 stars for him.

The staff is great here, especially late night. I ordered at 12:15am and they were happy to serve me, and even went out of the way to ask if I would be willing to wait for them to cook fresh chicken because they didn’t want to give me food that had been sitting out. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

Best Wendy’s I’ve been to in awhile. I’ve been 3 times and everything was excellent each time.

I went through drive thru slow drive through. Speaker not loud enough and I am 43... With no hearing problems I can hear a mouse fart. However spicy chicken sandwich was right on point and they added what I like extra mayo and extra onions... Makes the sandwich try it. All in all a good trip gave few stars for service because I waited about fifteen minutes at the speaker without any acknowledgment.
Low star for atmosphere because the line went out of the parking lot... 15 mins at speaker is not good ... But the food is worth it for a quick bite and way cheaper than it's counterpart across the street.

One of the best Wendy's I've visited in a while. Awesome staff, friendly, professional, and pleasant. The food (South Western Spicey Chicken Salad) was perfect. I enjoy a thick and cold frosty and this one was fantastic!!! Highly recommended and worth the experience!!!

I thought the food here was very original. The nacho burger I had was great.

This Wendy's is on point. The food reliably slaps, the employees here are great, and it's open later than anything else. Nothing more can be asked.

Much improved in the last 8 years. Faster service, friendlier people, burgers no longer drip grease. When I first moved to Western Ma this was the worst place for fast food. Now it's one of the best (for fast food.)

I hate fast food. It's terrible. This is the first time in several years I caved and decided to eat garbage because it's easy. Friendly and fast, hot and accurate. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers isn't .99ç anymore but it still delivers the classic burger snack feeling. Don't eat fast food, but if you do, this place doesn't suck.

We used to have a Wendy's in Northampton, MA. So I hadn't had Wendy's in years. Everything was great, I miss the wonderful tastes of all the food I order. I will return!!!

Like any other fast food place, your experience depends on the people working at the moment - this place hired good people and currently 99 out of 100 meals are made well and made correctly. Best Wendy's location I have experienced, and I may be addicted to the new BBQ burger.

Got salads there a couple of nights. Everything went smoothly. Service was pretty quick. Fast food eateries should always get a 5/5 if nothing goes wrong and they meet reasonable expectations.

Just a forewarning, go park your car in the McDonald's parking lot next door if you can't get across Route 9 from the mall area. McDonald's won't tow your car or even notice your existence.

Now they redid this Wendy's a few months back and made the place great. It because extremely clean, pleasantly designed and even quicker on dispensing orders. They added a Coca-Cola mixer machine that creates sodas which was a radical decision and almost worth a visit on its own. The staff is experienced at shoving out food quickly and completing your transaction quickly. This is true for the drive through and in store.

They might want to clean their fryers more often but otherwise they a top notch Wendy's and the best fast food on Russell Street.

As fast food goes, Wendy's is a notch above in my opinion. Burgers are tasty, reasonable amount of veg on them.

Good service. I ordered a lot while it was already pretty late. The person on the loudspeaker was friendly and patient with my long order. I was delightfully surprised that the order was completely correct. Way to go, night shift!

VERY busy location but FAST, accurate service! Seven cars ahead of me at lunch time but I had my correct hot sandwich and cold drink in six minutes. Wow. Thanks!

For some reason at 11 pm on Friday this Wendy's has produced something worth reviewing. I've never done this before but the food was delivered faster than I could order it and my baconator and fries were wayy better than any previous encounter with the two that I have had before. I've had a few

Great food for fast food. The LUNCH CREW is awesome. But I went there for dinner and what I seen horrified me!! They had someone working who was putting people's meals together with long nappey hair with no hair net no visor no hat nothing at all on his head. And to top it off the whole crew was more interested in playing around then getting my food.

My favorite Wendy's in the area even though their entrance is sketchy and could use some repair.

Hit food. Fast service. Nicest staff possible.
