Auto Express in Hadley turns over a ton of oil changes, inspections, and inspection -related repairs. They also make excellent referrals to save customers on the expense of going back to dealers. You rock, Angel.

I had a good experience. The car wash snapped my wiper arm in half (not just the blade, which is easy to replace). Not only did A.E. fit me in quickly at a reasonable price, but they also let me know to keep my receipt and bring it to the car wash, since they'll probably reimburse my costs

Was there for inspection stickers. They have an excellent system for waiting to get ur vehicle inspected. Good place to go for state inspection stickers.

Fast in and out, early am inspection. First come, first serve line for Ma state vehicle inspection. Very professional. Check all your blinkers, both sides of horns, lights, brakes, tires, wipers so you don't waste their time!

Was an easy in and out. They just need signs to tell you where to go ..

This place is great, workers are really nice, and not too pushy about upselling. We got an oil change here, pretty reasonably priced, and they even vacuumed out our car which really needed it because we have a very fluffy dog. No appointment either. Went mid-morning on a Saturday and hardy had to wait at all. Thanks!

JUST READ THIS STORY:

Prior to coming here, I had gone to the Jiffy Lube in Hadley, where the mechanics said I should replace my break fluid. After putting it off for a month, I went to the Firestone in Hadley to get that service done. Upon lifting my car one Firestone inspector showed me that a part called the break caliper on my rear right wheel was not working, and in essence one tire was not breaking. I then asked for a quote: it ended up being $1100—1000 dollars more than I planned to spend that day, just to be clear.

Upon my refusal to pay, the Firestone inspector said they had financing options, and I thought at that moment the best thing to do was just get a quote from other places—so I thanked him for helping me see there was at least some issue with one of my cars breaks, and left without even getting my break fluid replaced.

Upon searching for other places I went to this auto express, and I told them I needed calipers replaced and just wanted a quote. They told me to hold off so they could make sure it was the caliper that needed replacing—to which I was a little annoyed, of course it was the caliper! Firestone said so!

Upon their inspection of my break system, one of the mechanics named Mark told me that in order to see whether it was the breaks and rotors that needed replacing or the calipers, they needed to take the wheel apart. At least it would be 400$ and at most it would be 650$, and they could start doing it right then and there. In addition, he said my break fluid did not need any replacing whatsoever. Relieved at the stark price difference and amazed at the fact he told me something completely different than the two corporate auto shops, I said go head.

By an 1 Hr and 15 min. he came back and just said. “You’re cars all ready. It was just the breaks needing replacement because they were rusted through. Your calipers were fine.” He proceeded to inform me to check my wheel bearings soon too, and my car and it’s breaks are working just fine, and we had a nice conversation to close off the experience.

My recommendation is: GO HERE IN HADLEY.

I've been coming here consistently with several vehicles for 2+ years now. They have always provided me with great prices and service. I bought a set of tires here at a price no one else could touch, then a year later when one of the wheel weights fell off they balanced all the wheels for me no charge no hassle. Kelly the manager is great and I will continue bringing all my problems here, and recommend them to everyone else too!

Quarter to five on a Tuesday, I pulled in without an appointment and a leaking radiator. A man walked right over to me, said pull it in, no problem! Spoke with Mark Blanchard the shops manager, he assured me they could have my car buttoned up by the next day. All the guys were so friendly and reassuring! Thank you so much!

These guys are always fair. Recently they
replaced a powe steering pump and exhaust pipe in my van. It wasn't until a couple of days later that I realized they also cleaned up my foggy headlight covers. Thanks for the extra!

This place is amazing. I'll never go to Jiffy Lube again. Was actually on my way there and this place was on the way so I gave it a shot. The man at the desk was incredible and I observed multiple people enjoying his great customer service while I was waiting. They were super fast and efficient. I waited 25 min for an oil change and inspection sticker. Would recommend to anyone.

I had oil change for 78$ Good for next 6 momths. My car was vacummed as well.Emoloyee on the front desk was very friendly .

Very friendly, was able to take me in immediately with a bit of an emergency situation. They were the ONLY place open on a Sunday that were able to do Services. Every other place would only do Services Monday through Saturday.

Brought my car here because brake light was on. They told me it was just a dirty sensor and charged me $20 to clean it and top off my brake fluid. They noticed my car was making a whining noise (had started a day or two earlier) and diagnosed it as a bad power steering pump. They went in to change it, and noticed that it was just a worn belt -- the pump was fine. This was a much cheaper repair. If they were dishonest mechanics, they could have charged me for new brakes and a power steering pump and I wouldn't have known the difference. I felt they were impeccably honest and fixed my car perfectly and inexpensively. Recommended!

After long lines at Jiffy Lube, the closest place, I went to Auto Express and only waited 10 minutes for a state inspection. I asked for help with a warning light and they gave me a possible solution. So I went back another week and they fixed my problem. The same problem that I tried to get Firestone to fix, but all they did was clear the error and said they didn’t see the problem then charged me $99. When I asked for more, Firestone said to bring it in and they’d check it out. Never using either JL or FS again. Auto Express is my new favorite auto repair place!

I know, I'm giving a chain garage 5 stars, by they deserve. Their prices are good and they don't try to give you the around or a bunch of BS when you are there just for an oil change. I highly recommend them.
