I love this place!! Nya, her mom, and cousin Christy treat everyone like family. When I'm in town, I drop by every couple of days to see what's new. The inventory there is ever changing. If you see something you like, you better get it! Otherwise, someone else will. I speak from personal experience, lol...

Let me start with 5 stars if there were more, I'd add them. I met Nya in early fall when on Island to visit my sister. I had decided that Martha's Vineyard, specifically Oak Bluffs would eventually be my retirement home.

Given that I lived a number of states away Nya would have to become my eyes and senses when reviewing and walking through homes. She handled this journey with skill and caring. I never felt that my ask for an additional picture or request to visit another property were a problem. She always responded quickly which eased my anxiety being so far away.

When the final property hit the market, we were messaging each other saying it was the one. Nya's knowledge of how the process should work allowed us to win the bid on my forever home.

Home buying is usually the largest purchase most folks make, in today's market one has to have a person that they trust and that understands the market fully, Nya is that broker. I'm so thankful and blessed to have had her expertise working for me and my family.
