Treehouse Lodge

Really cute and cozy hotel, perfectly located near the main street of Woods Hole. Rooms were lovely, staff was nice. An unfussy atmosphere with a luxurious attention to detail. A fresh take on a motel, with beautiful outdoor areas, as well as easy access to Woods Hole.

My sister and I went on a girls trip to Cape Cod and I could not be happier we decided to stay here. I think they recently renovated and it looks so nice. The room was cozy, so clean, and in a perfect location. Would love to stay here again.

Incredible location for the price!! A short walk to town/ferry makes this a great value. Rooms were comfortable and spartan but perfectly fine.

Stayed in the Pavilion with two of my friends. Room was very spacious and large enough to accommodate a family. It was very clean and earthy, but what I really liked most about my stay was the staff. Everyone at the front desk I interacted with was so friendly, particularly Amanda and Lashonda (sp). I received check in texts from the front desk welcoming me and asking for any requests, and I even received complimentary rides to and from Woods Hole ferry which I wasn't expecting. This location is in walking or biking distance to the ferry port, and very convenient with parking. I would highly recommend and stay here again !

This place was great, just what we were hoping for! My husband and I were in Woods Hole celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted to spend the night. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Jenna who checked us in and showed us around. She was extremely friendly and personable and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. I loved that they have corn hole to play and an awesome fire pit. After a long day of exploring Woods Hole and enjoying all it had offer, it was nice to have the short walk back which was only about 15 minutes at most. When we got back there were a few people sitting around the fire. We sat with them and quickly made new friends and shared a lot of laughs. Check out the next morning was easy and we got to meet some other staff members who were just as nice as Jenna. You really can't beat staying at a place that feels more like visiting a friend's house, unlike checking into a large chain hotel where you are just another paying customer. They really care about the comfort of their guests and I'm glad we found them. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Stayed in a “Canopy Deluxe Room” for a week. Super comfy, extremely clean, very welcoming but low key if you don’t want to socialize. The ferry is literally right down the road.

Very nice and clean place.
Being a very light sleeper, I had no problem falling asleep - the mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The evening pit-fire was very nice :)
People around were very respectful of the rules and it was quiet.
Very friendly and accommodating stuff.
Will come back!

Had a very nice time!! Boyfriend and I chose to drive out during the off-season, and decided the rates were reasonable and the location a nice distance away from the ferry. After talking with friends who grew up locally, we realized Treehouse Lodge was perfectly placed for everything! We walked down to the main street for breakast and dinner, walked to the ferry, and when we were done, walked back for a lovely sleep in a very nice room.
The beds were comfortable, the bathroom tight but very clean, and the decorations very charming. We were able to drink the local tie-in beer, which was delicious, and the wifi was stable.
We had an excellent time, and I will absolutely book a room next time we head back down to the Cape.

We picked the Treehouse Lodge on our road trip to the Woods Hole Ferry to Martha's Vineyard in September 2018, from Niagara on the Lake, Ontario - a 9 1/2 hour trip. The ladies at the front desk gave us a friendly welcome and some tips on the local restaurants which could be walked to, or a very short drive if the weather was iffy. Matter of fact you could walk to the Ferry too if you didn't have a vehicle.
Our room was a renovated one and quite comfortable. The bathroom was small, and the shower was very small. But all clean.

Wonderful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Minutes away from the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. You can walk or they offer to give you a lift. Rooms were very nice and the bed was comfy...which is always important. Cool fire pit outside for the guests as well. I would definetly recommend staying at Treehouse Lodge.

Very nice, quiet and clean place. A few minutes walk to many restaurants, nice views of the ocean and Nobska Lighthouse. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

The beaches nearby are unfortunately small and/or private with restricted parking, but you can take a 20 minute car trip to Old Silver or others.

I am a scientist who helps support several summer courses a year at the Marine Biological Laboratory. The Treehouse Lodge is my favorite place to stay in the Woods Hole area! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is serene and quiet. As I often fish at night during my stays, and sleep at odd hours, I must say that this is the best place for my schedule. Great coffee in the mornings and no restrictions on the ice machine (a big plus for a fisherman and not typical for the area).

Stayed there for the Martha's Vineyard Marathon. They are an 8 minute walk to the woods hole ferry to MV. My room was decent. clean. bed comfortable. I stayed in an older room though. i beleive they are renovating. They are super welcoming, super friendly. I would stay again.

Amanda, Kim, Richard and Matt went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. We had a mis-hap with our booking and they got us a room at their property on a very busy weekend. It saved our bacon ! and BONUS, the Treehouse lodge is a lovely property, close to everything and very comfortable, quiet, clean rooms. If you're looking to stay at/near Woods Hole, I'd highly recommend this sweet spot.

Very comfortable rooms, excellent location. We walked ten minutes to get to downtown Woods Hole and to the ferry terminal for Martha's Vineyard. A ten minute drive in the opposite direction gets you to Falmouth, another gorgeous Cape Cod town.

We stayed in an upstairs room. The room was small, but big enough for a 1 night stay. Room was clean, air conditioning worked ok. The staff was pleasant. Pricey for a motor inn, but since it is in Woods Hole and during tourist season it is what it is. Free Wifi is included. Inn is walking distance to downtown & the ferry terminal.

Lovely hotel, and the staff took excellent care of us when arriving at midnight with a toddler. The pack and play and pullout were both set up and ready for immediate slumber after a long and difficult travel day. Trust us, don't stay anywhere else!

The staff at Treehouse Lodge was so helpful and attentive. The best ! We had two rooms and they were great. The fire pit ball was a nice surprise. Location can't be beat Close to town and beach. We are planning to go back next August

Amazing place, amazing staff. Stayed for three nights with the family. Rooms are brand new, big and clean. Will absolutely come back. Walking distance (5 min) from the boat and all the stuff in woods hole.

Such a cute place! Clean and comfortable - the staff went the extra mile to look after us and help us plan some fun family outings. Libby and Sam were wonderful and ensured my kids had a wonderful stay! Great place for families!
