Waterside Market

Got off the ferry feeling famished to town and got a local recommendation to come to the waterside market for sandwiches. We ordered ahead online and there was a bit of an extended wait because of how busy it was however 100% worth the wait. The sandwiches were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! We got a cauliflower sandwich (Lucy) and the French quarter sandwich and the farmhouse sandwich and they were 10-10 favorite being that cauliflower sandwich. I totally recommend ordering ahead and coming here for a lunch sandwhich from heaven.

Fantastic unique menu, had the CAB sandwich two days in a row it was so delicious. Almost big enough for two people! Quick friendly service. Loved sitting outside with our dog.

Busy place during peak meal times. Can order online. Delicious food options! Serves breakfast all day also. Favorite sandwiches: Red, White and Green & Lucy Vincent. Yumm!

The CAB might be my favorite sandwich on island. The bread is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the perfect amount of each ingredient. It's also huge, so it's enough to have for 2 meals!
Rebecca took my order and was super friendly! She also made me THE BEST iced coffee, can't wait to be back on island to stop in again!

So delicious! Someone had said something about the breakfast burritos being a bit small but as of 1/3/22, they’re huge and delicious. The lattes are also good, and they offer different milk substitutes. I would 100% recommend.

Oh dear, I have been going to Waterside Market for years now and it never disappoints! Whether I get breakfast burritos or sandwiches or their amazing chili or their burgers, everything and I mean everything is so delicious here! Oh and their coffees - so good too! A must while in Vineyard Haven!

Solid place for breakfast/brunch. We had the breakfast burrito, avocado toast, and two coffees. Price was relatively reasonable. There is seating indoor and outdoor.

But the breakfast food is where it is at! They added lime and pico to the avocado toast which elevated the taste. The bread was thick so it was never soggy. The breakfast burrito had a few layers of flavor and was not overly dominated by anything. It was very satisfying. No issues with the coffee and appreciate the sippy lids vs straws. Overall, would come again and recommend to my friends to come!

Such good sandwiches. The CAB is amazing. I ate here probably two dozen times this summer. Get the CAB, but the cookies and chips are overrated.

Great sandwiches. Nice outdoor seating and indoor counter space. Bike rack out front. About 2 blocks from ferry. Easy to walk or bike to.

Longtime fan of Waterside market going back to their previous location just a block away. This establishment has been our go to breakfast/brunch/lunch eatery when in the Vineyard Haven area.

Featuring a simple, but eclectic menu that utilizes quality fresh ingredients to deliver a wonderful flavor palette. On our most recent visit we enjoyed the breakfast burrito & an order of the avocado toast. Unfortunately, I devoured my burrito before I had the opportunity to share a picture, but snapped a quick pic of the remainder of my wife’s avocado toast before it had disappeared.

This place is easily a favorite among locals & tourists alike. Patrons should be aware that this can result in long wait & very limited seating during peak season. Note this establishment is counter order & seat yourself in mostly covered outdoor patio seating.

Delicious sandwich place! Close to the ferry and bus terminal and definitely worth a visit! Sandwiches are large (we split one) and taste really fresh! The farmhouse sandwich was my favorite! We ate on the patio one day, then returned the next day and took it to-go for a picnic. Don't forget to grab one of their giant cookies too!

Great spot for a quick bite or even a larger meal. Their sandwiches are great - especially the BLT and the avocado toast. Delicious breakfast offerings as well. Restaurant is nicely decorated with ample outdoor seating.

Great lobster roll and fried brussel sprouts. The menu has so many great things I'll have to visit several times to try them all. Joseph was my server and he was awesome! This was the view from my outdoor seat.

Good food service was excellent. Gluten free options as well.

Friendly owner with a beautiful porch. The C.A.B sandwich was absolutely amazing! For Martha's Vineyard, this place is quite cheap with a flavor that does not disappoint. Definitely will come back here again next time.

Delicious. Got the cab and Italian and definitely recommend the cab which did not skimp on flavor. Both were packed. Many large table on the wraparound porch. Fast service

came here early on a thursday morning, partly because guy came here but mainly because the menu looked bomb. ordered a chai latte, cinnamon french toast, and the tex mex. the chai latte was super smooth and creamy, and both savory and sweet options were delicious. definitely will be back next time i’m on the island

Loved the indoor and outdoor dining options had a delicious chicken sandwich and the fries. And enough time to catch the ferry.

Nice outside eating area. The best BLT I have ever had. Excellent food and service.

One of the best croissants in a while, buttery with a touch of sweetness, by fresh and crispy skin. Ummm.
The French Quarter was very good as well. The ciabatta bread was amazingly crunchy, so fresh. The roast beef and brie were good too but the bread made the sandwich 10 times better.
The staff was friendly, the service was very quick. Very good selection of wine, off from the usual Navarra Spain, Montefalco Umbría, and even Nebbiolo at a good price. Very impressive.
There were in and outdoor seatings. Nice place.
