Love this store. The staff is always ready to answer your questions. We've even ordered a few things online while we were there, with the help of the staff. They tell you about the upcoming sales too. Never too pushy or interfering if you are browsing. They have a pretty big collection to choose from. Overall a pleasant experience every time :)

As soon as I walked in, I was asked how I could be helped. The customer service was so great because the lady working here gave me a short speech of all of the different kinds of raincoats they had. She also helped me go into the clearance section and find my specific size for the exact raincoat I was looking to exchange mine for. I even go money back for my exchange for the same item with my membership discount applied. She was so sweet and it made me remember why I am so loyal to Eddie Bauer as a brand because they have good prices and good service.

Assistant manager was so friendly and answered so many questions I had! There were amazing deals on clearance. I bought a lot of Christmas gifts here. I love the quality of the clothing and it's all so cute and comfy. Thank you!

Great clothing and gear that is holding up well. There always seems to be a sale happening. My girlfriend and I came here quite a lot when we were gearing up for our vacation to Ireland. Everything got put to good use. Would recommend the Windfoil Elite Jacket, Adventurer 30L Pack and Guide Pro Pants.

Love the variety of clothing from dressy to casual, outdoor, usually modest and conservative styles. Can order in the store from their catalogue of talls or petite needed, gold return policies. The staff at this location seem very knowledgeable.

You can't beat 50% off of shorts, plus a $10 rewards! Shorts that cost $50, a mere $16!! I buy Eddie Bauer ripstop cargo shorts every chance I get. My favorite shorts ever. Did I say favorite???Love these!!
