It was busy, but I found what I was looking for and got out of their quickly after standing in line 20 minutes! It is the holidays!

This place has always been the one stop and shop for products. Sales ladies has always been professional, greeting customers with a smile. Haven’t had one bad experience here yet, especially since it’s right across from the Lego Store! 😋

Greeted quickly in the busy store. The clerk helped me find the exact candle I came in for which happened to be the last one in stock. Great customer service!

Some of the BEST retail staff I have ever interacted with! Was in yesterday morning and one of my younger daughters accidentally broke a three wick candle—glass everywhere! They were so kind and gracious as I had offered to pay for it multiple times and was apologizing about the mess. Never had been so put at ease and reassured as they finished checking me out and wished me well as I was leaving the store. Above and beyond hospitality.

Walked in and found the fragrances what I was looking for, all on the same wall. I always enjoy shopping there. Friendly customer service greeting me and saying goodbye as I'm leaving, asking me if I need help. I always look forward to shopping there when I get the chance <3

This location has friendly reps, keeps the place stocked, and very helpful team, plus they answered the 8 different questions I had without seeming irate or disinterested. Good all around👌

The staff is wonderful. I had an online order for pickup and they had trouble finding it due to their system having issues and they were very helpful and accommodating to get me what I needed in a timely manner.

This location is always fully stocked!! The associates are very sweet, and very well informed on products. This is also the cleanest and well organized store I've been to.

I went in yesterday and had Kristina help me. Her customer service is exceptional. She guided me through the store and gave me amazing suggestions all while still giving everyone else in the store her attention. She's great at her job and deserves a raise and if she already had one then give her another.

Did you smell that? If your a candle lover as I am...you'll love the scented candles... their 25 bucks...and smells great..im burning one as I text. Get out there...and enjoy life.

I usually don't give feedback on big chain stores, however I felt the need to write a review for two separate experiences I had at two different stores in the last week. This experience at the Chandler store was my second and very positive.

Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted with a warm welcome from an associate who I later found out was the manager. She asked me if I needed any help and also directed to the item for which I could use my coupon for a free item. Afterwards she informed me of the currents sale for the day and then offered a bag so I could drop the items into, all this within a few minutes of me walking in. After completing my unnecessary search of items ( I went in for one thing...facepalm) and making it the register, the associate at the counter were just as friendly and helpful as the manager.

As I left the store, I thanked the manager and informed her, her sales team and her self had true customer service and I would be returning to her store.

Bath and Body works is the best. They had 3 wicks candles on sale this week. Love this store!!

The staff was amazing. They exchanged some wall flowers that leaked. I was so happy. I didn't think they would. I love bath and body. And shop here all the time.

The employees are always helpful when you walk in. The cashiers are either kinda rude or super nice. The store is usually kept nice. I love when they have buy 3 get 3 free. I recommend checking out the store.

Very clean and professional and completely following the CDC guidelines with all the customer. I purchased some wonderful hand soaps and other items. And the staff there were awesome!
