Pepper Palace

This store was great! Had so much fun! The staff told me about all the sauces, and you can sample EVERYTHING. The barbecue sauces were my favorite, try the watermelon.

I love the Pepper Palace in Chandler Fashion Center. After first discovering it in San Francisco, I was thrilled to find one in the valley. Every year, I have to pick up a couple of bottles of the salt and vinegar dry rub to put in my kids’ stockings. They have a variety of unique options for flavor and heat.

Not sure about the previous reviews about the swearing floor associate because we did not have that experience whatsoever.
The person at the register was incredibly knowledgeable about all the hot sauces and various rubs, etc. She was super rad and had awesome patience with us as we tried about 20 or so different sauces. (That Flatline is no joke).
Anywho... Those roasted garlics are absolutely a gift to mankind. They're like spicy candy we can't stop eating :)

Place has got some of the best damn hot sauce I've ever had. Staff was super sweet and the quality was impeccable. I highly recommend the scorpion death wish if you got a spice tolerance, it's got mad kick yet hold flavor like nothing I've ever tried. 🤙

The store owner is a sweet woman who is passionate about her store. Their hotsauce comes in from Tennessee. They offer samples for hotsauce and several types of seasoning. First time here and the sweet store owner took such good care of me. I love the variety!!

Amazing little place inside the chandler mall. The woman working there was extremely helpful and reminded us about their buy 3 get 1 special they were running. I’ve already tried the salsas and seasoning we bought. The Chesapeake seasoning is tremendous - going to be great on shrimp. Everything is fantastic. We will be back to reload on salsa soon!

This is a great spot for the chef and the foodie alike.
I found got sauces and salsas that carried from very hot to mild to sweet. You can taste them right on the spot.

I found pickles, beans, and other pickled veggies for the charcuterie board or a side dish.

Then I found rubs for the meat lover or vegetarian. I bought 6 distended selections for myself and a few gifts for Christmas.

I was greeted and helped by the most pleasant staff member and felt like I was talking to a friend. No pressure sales.

I will be back often. I'm glad I discovered this store!

Oh my, this place had it all. The gal working was on point. She talked to everyone. Told us about the sales, offered some direction for good sauces. I wish she worked for me, her customer service was on point. It was a busy Saturday. (9/30/23)

Really loved this place!! Amber was amazing and assisted finding the perfect sauce! The selection is absolutely amazing! Will definitely be returning to by new sauces! The buy 3 get one free allowed me to get anything I needed! Can’t wait to cook with each new sauce!

Love this place. There used to be one in glendale, which was nice because we are out in surprise. We drove all the way to chandler for some reaper seasoning, it's worth the drive.

This is my first time coming into pepper palace. The manager was very welcoming and very helpful. I was just browsing and ended up leaving with several products! I highly recommend! They had free samples which was awesome! The coffee rub seasoning is definitely my favorite!

First time visitor and lover of hot sauce! This place let's you sample sauces in a safe and clean environment. SO COOL

Amazing products & people! Had a wonderful experience with Amber the GM for the site. Love it when people are genuinely passionate about what they sell. The “Rub Dat Butt” & Lemmon Pepper are my go-to’s for easily seasoning my chuck roasts & chicken, along w/ “Nashville Hot & Spicy” and “Cajun” as close 2nds. Never regret coming here & plan to continue for the long haul (only reason I hiked from Laveen to Chandler Fashion Square today)!

Love that they have so many varieties of salsas/hot sauces. We have gone many times and our favorites so far are “This is the sauce,” and “Sweet chipotle.”
The customer service is also top notch every-time we have gone in to the store.

Amazing experience! Amber was amazing and walked us through tasting all the hot sauces! Did the flatline, had to sign a waiver for it, their hottest sauce and it was awesome! Super unique and fun place.

Great customer service and such great recommendations with some of the sauces and tubs I picked out today, it was a lot of fun to try some of the spicier stuff that I'm normally afraid to try but felt that they'll go great with my bbq.

I’ve traveled all over and this had some of the best variety of any hot sauce store I’ve ever seen! Very tasty, would recommend.

We had a great time sampling. It was like a wine tasting. Heather was our host. She was a blast. Next time I am going to sneak in a beer.
