Dillard's

Have been a longtime customer and they have everything I need. They carry a wide selection of classics and contemporary styles for the entire family in a range of prices. Their sales are good too. Plenty of dressing rooms to try on clothes that are tidy and neat. Professional helpful employees. Clean restrooms. Easy parking out any of the exits.

Had a great experience. The wonderful gentleman that helped us find the perfect wool coat for my military husband was on point. He was so above and beyond helpful. We looked for 2 weeks for a coat for him. Yea, I could ship online, but my mom is 80 and likes seeing items in person. I'm so terrible with names. He was working in the men's department and is from a curry culture. (I didn't want to assume India or Pakistan. I have friends from those countries, and you never wanna mix that up. Also, you have to be careful you don't offend anyone in this world.) Sorry I didn't get the name. I don't ever remember names. Brain sucks. 🧠. Anyways this guy desrves a raise. (Yes, kinda wanted to make it funny just a little. Not at the guy. He's wonderful ❤. I just feel bad I don't remember his name. He deserves the credit of helping us though.)

It's nice to be able to shop and actually look and see what you are buying, and it's a great place to shop and covenant to be able to shop in other stores cause it's located at Chandler fashion mall . I think Dillard's prices are reasonable. Great place to shop

I check other stores, but I always end up here. The men’s cologne counter is great. The sales people are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store is clean and organized. Today I bought a new bottle of cologne. They were patient as I tested and found the perfect scent. I was also given a number of samples to try at home.

Went for a brassiere fitting on the 21st of September. I would like to say think you to the employee who assisted me with my fitting. It was very professional. I had no idea the level of comfort I had been missing out on. I would recommend Dillards for a fitting.

The store was great lots of cute affordable clothes.

Went to Three Dillards…. Best service was in Chandlers men’s department. Most friendliest was at Dillard’s Superstion’s mall
Dillard’s in Gilbert provided good service as well

When you first walk in from the parking lot, you will be on the second floor where I saw a large assortment of women's clothing. The clothing was well organized by brand, and everything looked clean and easy to find. The racks were well-stocked as well. The style was mostly work/professional from what I could see.
They also had some cute Christmas gifts like colorful popcorn, etc.
Taking the escalator down, you get to the jewelry/makeup session- again everything was very organized and the ambience was clean and upscale. From there, you get to the exit of the store and the entrance to the mall.

Five star reviews for exceptional customer service. I love Dillard's and particularly doing the holidays. They have bargains galore and never disappoint. It is one the few high-end merchandisers that I trust as the products never seem old and I have never ever had to return anything over five (plus) years.

Get the best brand name clothing here. Very well organized store with plenty of help. They carry a hugh selection of men's and women's clothes. The baby selection is absolutely the best. Plenty of parking is available as are the checkout counters. They do have alot of items on sale with good discounts. Their "clearance " however consists of seconds or very out of date items.

I bought a suit today at the Chandler, AZ mall location for medical school interviews. I needed something particularly formal and well fitting and the sales person who helped me was awesome!!! Chandra enthusiastically helped me find blouses that would work well with the navy suit that I picked out and went to other departments to find button downs until we got one that was perfect. I really appreciated her dedication and attention to detail.
