First appointment with new PCP, Sami Assad. Great experience. He asked questions and listened carefully to my answers. I asked questions and listened to his answers.
I can not say enough about the staff. I was greeted and felt as though I was meeting up with some friends. I had an issue with my schedule, and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Always treated with respect and patience. Everyone is always so kind from the front staff, medical assistants, phlebotomist and the doctors.

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. All staff was friendly from people at the front desk to nurses to doctors to people in the lab to checking out

In and out with very little wait
Everyone was pleasant .
Happy to have been transferred here

Disappointed about the visit ,
They only go through the motions .
( This they do well. )

First appointment because our previous Southcoast pcp is no longer practicing. Very friendly staff. However my experience with Dr. Miniutti was negative. Didn’t listen to concerns and was judgmental. I would avoid this Practioner. Same thing happened to my wife. We will both be finding new pcp’s.

this is the most un professional medical office i have ever seen ..the staff were talking loud and talking bad about a fellow co worker and patient all who were in waiting room to hear and very embarrassing ..the dr.s are nice but the staff and manger are clueless and the most rude people you will ever meet........and will talk about you behind your back..........a complete circus atmosphere ..my veterinarian office so much more professional....a SHAME for South coast
