Bravo to our agent, Larysa Trafas, who helped us a great deal.
She welcomed us with an array of gifts and was always available by phone or text.
We had a few problems with the rental, but they were all addressed in a timely manner.
The central AC was not working, and she did everything she could to remedy it, even sending over her own AC window unit. The AC repair guy came over late that same night. And all was well.
She made all the difference in the world.
We will consider renting from Seacoast again because of her.

Have been using MV Seacoast Properties for rentals for years. Very helpful in matching property to our needs. Very flexible and helpful. On one occasion they negotiated a discount with landlord for a multi week rental. On another occasion we were not going to be able to rent next year but were interested in renting the following year. They were able to arrange a payment plan that was satisfactory to the landlord and us. Highly recommend them.

We have worked with Lynda Hathaway for 8 years. She has been a great help in our search for finding the right vacation rental(with a small dog, not the easiest task!). She has consistently been great with keeping in touch throughout the rental processs and has always been so pleasant to work with. We have recommended Lynda to friends and look forward to working with her in the future!

I would like to start off by saying I have worked with Tom Pallas for the past four years. We have rented a property through him each year. Tom has been nothing but helpful with every request we have had, he has not only been helpful but he has been very patient as well. We have had to make some changes to our rental requests a few times and Tom has been able to accommodate us each time. He has responded to all our emails and requests each time in a timely manner as well as followed up to see if we have gotten what was needed.
I would recommend him and MV Seacoast Properties for your rental or purchase needs.

Rented a property through this agency. At the singing of the lease and right up to the rental they neglected to inform me of a new tax that was pending on the lease and was given a surprise bill of over $500 just before departure. While they are not responsible for taxes levied by the town, they certainly knew a tax was being considered and should have made the possibility of such a tax known to all renters before signing the lease.
Update 12/1/19
The real estate agent's response to my review would like it to sound as if they were reasonable and that I should have expected an additional charge of over $500 during my stay despite having paid 100% up front. They knew this issue was being considered on the island and threw some sneaky language in the contract to cover themselves. What they DID NOT do was apprise me of the issue and alert me to the fact that there was a possibility a tax might be levied as well as failing to point out this was why they added that clause into their contract (I know that the clause was added for this reason as the owner admitted this to me as part of her strategy to get me to pay them the tax). If they did not think a tax might be coming why would they have slipped that language into their contract? I have rented many homes around the US and the world and have seen all kinds of rental contracts with lots of funny and interesting language (often historic to the particular region in which the rental was made) although have never been asked for money AFTER being told I was paid in full. Up until not a single rental contract I have signed has required me to pay a large unexpected sum at the end of the contract. I am not an unreasonable person and I completely understand that MV Seacrest had nothing to do with the levying of the taxes but, by their actions, it is clear they did anticipate that the town might impose a tax and therefore made moves to cover themselves while making a conscious decision to keep that information to themselves. It is this omission I am calling them on. What they should have done was take some responsibility for not being forthright and offer to pay some of the tax (they COMPLETELY refused to negotiate on this point) as they made plenty of money on my contract and misled me in the process. Shame on you.
