Choices

I have been looking for a CAVA, SWEET GREEN, CHOPT, or MEZEH-like restaurant around, and they just don’t seem to exist in Utah yet. Definitely missing a lot of the same options those other restaurants offer, BUT for the location and culture of this area, they’re ahead of the game.

UPDATE: that I spent $10.27 total for the most basic option.
I chose Kale, Cauliflower Rice, Spicy Chicken (wasn’t spicy at all), Bean Sprouts, and All the cold veggie toppings. For the sauces, I recommend both the curry and the Yum Yum together.

Got the ginger and teriyaki sauce on my create your own bowl and it was so yummy. Remember you can add kale and another grain for the base. Friday night at 8 pm they were out of bean sprouts and avocados and corn. Yum yum sauce is gross and is basically fry sauce with cayenne pepper. Curry sauce is ok but needs to be paired with something else.

My favorite place to eat on BYU campus. I love that you don't have to pay extra for toppings,especially avocado! It's nice to eat food where I know what's in it. Limitless options and is always yummy. They are often out of some of things but you can just double up on some other stuff. I keep coming back and I crave it all the time! Love the bowls.

Choices is a great option when dining at BYU. On a campus that is generally lacking in fresh, healthy food, this restaurant provides the options that nowhere else does. I've eaten here many times and always been happy with the combinations I've gotten. The purple forbidden rice is tasty, and I would also recommend trying the Korean red sauce!

It was good food but I payed more for steak and they gave me chicken. They also gave me other ingredients. I even double check to see if it was my order because honestly it didn't look like it.
UPDATE: Get this food during the school semester instead of during the breaks! The workers do a lot better and the food is super good!!

The only place on campus that is healthy and accommodates vegetarians. Everything else is deep fried or filled with lard. It’s so rad I can eat a super healthy meal that tastes really good. It seems expensive, but similar bowls off campus are usually $3-$4 more than Choices $7.50 bowl.

Amazing!!! Everything is gluten free and there are so many choices and everything is delicious!

This is by far the best food you will get on campus. I normally get the noodles with every type of topping on it (sounds crazy but it’s so delicious) and cover it in their yum yum sauce. The bowls cost $7.50 each, making it a little more expensive than Wendy’s or Taco Bell next door, but well worth the price.

My favorite place to eat on campus! So tasty and easy for food allergies. I usually get the tamari sauce mixed with sesame and its delish

Definitely a good spot to get your veggies in and I’ve loved every meal I’ve ordered from here.

Great place to eat on BYU campus, and it’s even open during spring/summer.
