Macey's Provo

The ice cream aisle in this establishment is worth the trip. I’ve never seen so many brands of ice cream. I also live on the other side of town and I drive pass 3 other groceries stores just to get to Macey’s. It’s a good store.

I often shop her and have never been disappointed. Today I was happily surprised with a free sushi sample , yummy , sometimes they have a piece of cookie sample and I remember the days before covid when kids always got a lolly pop at check out

We went here with our Special Ed class and we were able to take a tour. Blake Edler was so sweet to our kids. He even gave them name tags and showed them all around. The kids especially loved the ice cream isle! Thanks for helping and loving our kids

I came here on a Saturday morning and had a wonderful experience! Sam B was my cashier and he was amazing! Very cheerful, personable, positive, and went above and beyond. Thanks for such a great grocery shopping trip! 😃

Susan did my daughter’s wedding cake and it was absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the picture I gave her, tasted amazing, and even smelled heavenly when we opened the box. A huge thank you to Susan and Macey’s!

I don't shop here very often so take this review with a grain of salt.

This store is VERY clean and tidy. I don't know what it is, but it's got such a pleasant vibe that you don't get in Smith's or Walmart. It gets a very high score on cleanliness and environment.

I haven't bought a lot here, but from what I can tell their stock is very similar to Smith's and Walmart, which means if you're looking for somewhere new to shop you can probably find the same things here. They also have a lot of sales which puts it far above Walmart for me.

Checkout is fast and pleasant with both cashiers and self-checkout.

My only complaint is that I wish there were more self-checkout stations, but that's just because I'm an introvert that likes to take her time scanning and bagging things herself. It's just a personal thing though so it doesn't effect the score.

I only went to Macy's get a few things like about 6 or 7 items everything was efficient and I had a clerk at the checkout it was a good experience they had what I needed and I was happy!

Beautifully remodeled since we lived in Provo, it was easy to navigate, and the aisles were clearly labeled.

Very clean and they have a great produce section. Probably the best in the area

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon around 5:30pm store was clean and bright ran in to get some spinach dip and pita chips. Found what I was looking for and store was merchandised very well where it made me pick up some items I wasn’t thinking of at the time when i went in. Customer service at the check out was fast and friendly.

Macey's inflation and shrink-flation is not as bad as other grocers near me.

Easy to sign up for rewards and a clean shopping experience. Keep an eye out for clearance items.

They're awesome as far as choices go (sushi, belvita, you name it). I also love the service. Sabrina is amazing :)

My husband happened to stop by when they were giving samples of their new cookies. He brought me back over and I bought a dozen, they are the best cookies, well worth the price. They also took care with wrapping them up, as to not smash and decoration.

We bought several of each cookie, but the one shown is my favorite.

I love this store! It's always very clean. The employees are also very helpful if I have questions.

The red button ice cream is an awesome feature! The prices are so good and the ice cream is delicious!

I come here all the time, they have great selection and are usually never too busy. It never seems to feel too overcrowded like at other stores. Their pharmacy is also fast and super super friendly!

This is a beautiful store. Staff is great. The only drawback that I can come up with:
they are only open 6 days a week.

Love coming to my local Macey's it reminds me of my childhood. Always clean and everything fresh.
