Such a fun place to shop while picking up my meds. Every single staff person that has helped us out has been friendly and courteous! Will never use another pharmacy as long as this location is open. Five Stars really isn’t even enough for the hospitality we are shown each and every visit.

like Craig (Pharmacist) He is so wonderful to deal with @provo store location. Not only is he always Kind, helpful, polite and professional.....his cheery disposition makes it so refreshing and easy when I have to deal with medications new and/or refills that are difficult to get in. I don't know if Craig goes out of his way to make sure they have what I need in ( if/when they don't he gets it ordered) but he always makes me feel like my needs are of the utmost importance. Above all, he's always very pleasant and cheerful in our communications.
With all the stipulations/regulations on pharmacies and medications these days it's nice to know that Craig is there and doesn't let his job dictate his personality! Way to go Craig !!
I will be a devoted CVS customer as long as Craig is

Bella was helpful, kind, and helped me find The coupons for my purchases. I have very good experience with the staff at CVS in Provo.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was asked several times as I walked through the store if I needed help finding anything. Real reason for visiting was the great new deal they have on Epipens. 2 pack will cost you $110, but with my insurance it was only $15!

The pharmacist and tech working the window this evening were amazing. I needed a prescription that has been out of stock literally everywhere in Utah this week. They finally had more today but weren’t able to fill it in time and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I understand they need to go in order for those who’ve been waiting longer, but I started to have a slight panic attack. I had already been waiting all week and really needed it. I asked if there was any way it could get done and I think the tech knew I was about to cry. She talked to the pharmacist and he was so amazing, said if I came and waited inside he would get it done for me. He immediately jumped in and got it done for me. I was so relieved and happy they were able to do that for me. So thank you so much for going out of your way for me today.

When I got there it was 5:59pm. The pharmacy was closing and they told us that they were going to be open the next morning. I was disappointed as I was in real need of my asthma medication that I haven’t been able to pick up due to my busy schedule. I told him that I would come tomorrow as soon as they are open because I need the medication to breathe at night. A pharmacist named Nate came up to the counter and went above and beyond to quickly fill my prescription because “he wanted me to breath well tonight”. His words. Thank you Nate!

I had trouble with my new insurance regarding my prescription refills and the employees in the pharmacy put their all into helping me, especially April. It took almost 2 hrs to get things squared away but they kept at it until I was able to get my medicine.

Really patient employee helped me work out a return and repurchase so I could use the rebate coupon I wanted with the proper receipt type. So much better experience than I had at Walgreens just the other day where they refused to accept a coupon from their own store even though it wasn't expired yet, because their system wasn't working properly.

Great store. They usually have a good sale from time to time on the products I use. They always have the products I am looking for.
The pharmacy however, is a train wreck. It takes forever. I think they seem overworked.

These reviews seem very odd. I've been to CVS four times now with prescriptions in the store and at their drive thru pharmacy and I have encountered NO problems. If anything everyone has been prompt and courteous. Maybe those employees whom these reviewers have encountered have since ceased to work there? I've been helped by more than just one person and I have had great customer service at their pharmacy.

Always have had GREAT service! They're friendly and more than willing to do extra if needed. I've tried Walgreens and I don't understand the people who say they're better - they're not! They told me I had to wait for 2 hours for antibiotics and when I came back it still wasn't ready for another hour! I have never had to wait at CVS for longer than 10-15 minutes. If you want great service in a pharmacy, CVS is the place to go

This review is for a particular employee, Megan, and not this CVS as a whole. We had trouble getting my son’s prescription processed partially because it was written from an out of state doctor. Megan was the only one willing to problem solve our situation, and work creatively to help us get the prescription my son needed. She greatly exceeds the quality of service I have received elsewhere. If you have troubles at this location, ask for her. She won’t give you the runaround.

Best pharmacy ever. I feel bad that other reviewers have had a poor experience, but that has not been the case for me at all. They are prompt, friendly, and helpful in just about every way. I always receive a call saying my prescription is ready earlier than I expect. I wold pick them over Orem Costco pharmacy any day.

TIP: hours listed here are the store’s NOT the pharmacy! Pharmacy is NOT open until midnight.
Dan the pharmacist and Caroline bent over backwards to help me over a year ago. Helped me figure out an issue I’ve had with my insurance for years. That has kept me loyal to this pharmacy for over a year.

Unfortunately they close super early and that makes it really tough with my schedule. I might have to start going somewhere else.

Pretty great memories at this CVS, believe it or not. I lived in the complex behind it, and for some reason, I frequented this particular CVS a lot. Their nuts are fairly priced, meds are another story, but I've always enjoyed their photo services! These guys have seen me in my PJS at 5AM and never judge. Just high five and get on out. :)

Great pharmacy, they're quick to fill prescriptions, and have always been very helpful.
When it looked like they had run out of toilet paper one of the staff members even got some more out the back for me. :)

Never had a problem with the pharmacy or in the store. It’s usually pretty slow but also clean

I wanted to give Dustin a shoutout! Best customer service from him. His always so patient with me and when it comes to fixing an issue with transaction he goes above and beyond. I hope provo cvs knows that they have an excellent employee in Dustin. Thank you Dustin for all you do. Keep it up.
