I called twice and left messages that we were interested in one of their online properties, but never got a call back. What legitimate realtor doesn't return phone calls from a new customer?

I saw an advertised rental and wanted to apply. They charge a pretty hefty, non-refundable application and credit check fee. I get a free FICO score from Discover every month and have credit karma. I can obtain my credit reports for free. These fees are unconscionable.

I have called multiple times throughout the past 3 months regarding a yearly rental property that is posted on their site. I have left voicemails and have emailed them as well with no call back or email back. I finally get someone to answer the phone to tell me they do not have any yearly rentals available (their website says 7+ are available) and the rest of the conversation was just not helpful. Will not be contacting them further for rentals.
