Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My wife and I had breakfast here on Saturday and l'm gonna tell you that the Mgr. on duty was as accommodating as any one could be...She and one other employee were working this time of day and they were knocking it out of the park..food made to order, hot, and very good...and the price was on point....

As of March 2023, I went by the Franklin, KY, DQ with my grandson and granddaughter to get them sundaes. We went inside so they could use the facilities before the trip to their uncle's in the next county.
It was over an hour before closing time. When we came to the door, an employee was standing next to it, shouting to someone in the back. She looked extremely agitated. The kids hesitated, but I opened the door. We felt unwelcome. Our cashier never smiled, thanked us, apologized, or anything. Apparently, they had intended to lock the lobby doors and just keep drive-thru open till close. We paid for the two sundaes, used the restrooms, and left. We won't be in a rush to return. Even though this has not been our experience at this store in the past, I am not anxious to repeat this one.

We picked up dinner from here last night and this was without a doubt the best food we've had in quite awhile. We ordered online drove into town to pick up. Quick service, food prepared perfectly, hot food was fresh and hot and frozen treats cold and delicious. Thank you Dairy Queen employees for a terrific dinner!

3 young ladies was so happy and also made my day because it was my birthday. They was friendly and happy to serve us they get a big big star they work at night shift hope to see there friendly face again. Thank you ladies

Excellent service and good food. All employees were busy especially handling drive thru orders. dining area was clean.

Fantastic, the blizzards weren't so thick you could turn them upside down. I used to work at a DQ when blizzards 1st came out 1984. The fries were good and the burger was hot, fresh. Great DQ

Father's day treat from my daughter. Food was hot and fresh. Service was fast. Dining room needed tables cleaned.

Got the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. It was delicious as usual! If you don't like something super chocolatey then you could get the brownie batter blizzard. Both taste same just difference in amount of chocolate. Staff here are always great!

The young lady at the front counter that waited on us was wonderful she was new but awesome! The lady cooking the food in the back had ours ready really quick and was very nice! Definitely worth a trip up to Franklin to visit these two again!

I've had a good experience and consistent product each time I've been there. It's well managed and staffed.

I would have given 5 stars for service but we waited at the counter and noone asked if we were taken care of, nothing just would walk by like no big deal

I love the queue you should go it's a it's very good they have to watch a Jurassic world you should watch and watch new movies everything on Mitchell to watch the new movie and got them coming to Disney Plus by the way this is for me thank you I hope you love you d q

I love Dairy Queen blizzards and we lost are one in Franklin. My waistline appreciates it but my taste buds do not. Caught this one in Kentucky. Yum!!

The day we went food was hot and done quickly..They where fast and working together..Just good job all around
