Nice parking lot and inside is ok it needs a little work by the game room

This Pilot is the best in the country! The maintenance man should be commended. Fuel island is always stocked ie paper towels,water etc. He does a really good job.

Very clean and helpful cashiers

Close to highway, easy in and out. Plenty of fuel pumps. Clean restrooms and very friendly staff.
Excellent windshield washing supplies at the pump.
Wheelchair friendly.
A good place to stop.

The Wendy's here is fantastic, the truck parking is normally not super packed, the lot is easilly traversed, the building is very clean, (seems new) and the staff is helpful and attentive, this is a very good example of what a pilot or flying j can be, I wish more were like it. Only thing I could possibly change about this location is maybe add a touch more truck parking spot, but like I said. It's typically not full, so not needed, it would just be nice.

Warm and welcoming staff who goes above and beyond to please all customers.

The two women cashiers helped me out so much. I came into the store experiencing a horrible UTI. While the store didn't have any AZO, the women here went out of their way to help and give me tips to take care of it. After about an hour, I was feeling so much better. I think I can actually make it through my 8 hour drive with no problems or pain now! They really care about their customers and professional drivers. I truly appreciate their help. ♡

Love that the cashiers let you know of any specials that you are buying.

Friendly staff, wide selection of food from healthy to chock-full-of-trans-fats, and reasonably priced fuel. Bathrooms were clean with no significant bad odor.

Always, always the crew in the wee hours of the morn are the best! Adam and Sabrina are a great team. Polite, friendly and always greets me with smile. The afternoon lady Linda is the sweetest and always tells me the days specials and such. It's my favorite pilot!!

I would like to say thank you to pilot travel center for giving excellent customer service and having clean restrooms for me and my family. We definitely will recommend pilot travel center to our friends so thank you for having a very lit parking lots her mom's like myself.

Very good place to stop lots of buying options. Clean restrooms. Connected to a Wendy's. This location has parking and services for truck drivers. There is an area inside for the truck drivers to go in and relax for a bit (not sure if there is a sleeping area). I did see a t.v. where drivers can sit, eat and watch t.v. before getting back on the road.

Great place to stop for a quick bite, gas, and a restroom break. Wendy's is part of the station. In my travels through Kentucky on I 65, I consistently find their prices to be lower. Exit 2 also has comparable prices.

Great stop while traveling. Bathrooms are clean. Big selection of travel snacks. Great selections of drinks and of course you can fill up your tank.

Punched in son's phone number and got a free drink. Yay!

Joe and Miss Carol have excellent communication skills. They took time out of the day to help while I was shopping. Scott has the details and helps you at the pump. I personally would like to thank you all each one on every level!!!

It's a common pit stop for our family while traveling. It has clean restrooms, a good variety of snacks and drinks, and feels like a safe location.

This is a well stocked store with a HUGE selection of products. And the coffee station? Out of this world! The selection of coffees are wonderful and covers a range of tastes from the exotic Ethiopian to their satisfying Reserve House blend. Pour a cup from their ready to go coffee pot or freshly grind some Columbian beans with their brew while you wait coffee makers. The bar also has the widest assortment of creamers, sugars, artificial and natural sweeteners, ect. and more available yummy add ons than a starbucks! This is the place to stop for weary travelers to get caffeinated and fill their bellies!
