The employee did everything she could to make me happy and find a pair of shoes that would fit me and be comfortable. Very happy with the customer service here.

There was a lady in a blue shirt that seemed annoyed when I asked her for a size 8 but there was a lady that was really nice and cool

Staff is nice and friendly. Went into the store today with a $20 water bottle that when my kid was drinking, the part in the spout that keeps water from coming out, came out in her mouth. There was no manager in the store, and the only employee said they could not do a return without the manager. The employee then stated that unless the bottle was broken when I got it, that they would not return it. The bottle was not even a week old. I was disheartened to say the least, and I left the water bottle and receipt with the employee. Not planning on going back.

Terrible customer service at this location. They have no clue what is going on. We will take our business to the Gallatin TN store before we step foot back in here!
