Life Savers! We can home to at least 1 inch of water through out the house after being at our other home with family for the holidays. The "once in a lifetime deep freeze" got us. And the water was everywhere and still running. After I stepped into the house , I could see where the water was gushing from but I could no access the pipe. I called Shane Elmore after hrs emergency service and they answered. The lady told me that they were slammed with all the other calls in the area and I begged and begged and once I told her I was a USMC veteran, she said she would make it happen. About 30 mins later, Dakota showed up and saved the day. He stopped the leak, repaired the pipe and help me get the water out the house best he could. I will always use them going forward.

Chuck was fantastic for installing my new water heater (50 gallon tank for residential). He gave me the best price out of all the companies I contacted — he said he was able to reuse some connection parts from the old tank that were still good to save me more money! He also was able to start installation within 24 hours of providing me the original estimate. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Thank you, Chuck and Shane Elmore! Dakota was dynamic! He was very professional and determined to make this bad situation less painful! The job was completed in a timely manner. Although he had several jobs that day, Dakota' s demeanor was pleasant and patient with me and all my questions. We were definitely in good hands! The dispatcher Shay was very helpful as well!

Chuck and Theron were the dream team! We found a leaking pipe in our crawlspace, I called at 6pm and they were out the next morning by 9am and fixed the leak within an hour. Quick service, good price- I recommend them.

Making an appt was easy. Dakota called ahead and showed up on time. Installed water heater, cleaned up work site and even inspected under house to make sure of no leaks under house. 5 star!

We had a plumbing issue that required immediate attention, and they were at our house within an hour. Chuck was our service guy and he did a phenomenal job! He was very polite and efficient. He took videos of what it looked like under the house so we knew exactly what he was talking about. He communicated everything clearly and there was no doubt about what he was doing and where we needed to go from there. I would definitely recommend using them!

Had plumbing issue at house. Called Shane Elmore plumbing and they answered the phone. Was very friendly and seemed to want to help. Took my info and sent technician out within a couple of hours. Xavier, did a fantastic job of putting in new shut off valves under my kitchen sink. He did a great job communicating his arrival time as well as throughout his work at my home. I will be using Shane Elmore Plumbing again, when needed as well as requesting Xavier.

Had to have my kitchen sink drain modified from 2 drains to a single which required modification of the sink pipes. Requested Xavier again because of the great job he did the first time to my home. Did not disappoint!!! Great job and it looks simple and clean.

My pressure tank on top of my water heater started gushing water out of it, I turned off all the water and called Shane Elmore for help and they were out at my house within 2 hours. My service man was named Xavier and saw my problem, Xavier was very professional and polite, very nice and had me up and running fast. Thank You very much

My drain was clogged. I called Shane Elmore Plumbing. Alex came that same day. Alex is very professional and explained everything. It took less than an hour to unclogged my drain. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend Shane Elmore Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Asked for Alex.

The technician was awesome. He found the leak problem replaced the water lines to my washer and no more leak. He was very knowlegeable and I am very satisfied with his service.

Highly recommend. It took us a couple tries to find someone through different companies- they would say they would come and never would! They fit you in in a timely manner. Very professional. Go over prices prior to fixing the issue. Not a single complaint! We had Dakota fix our problem and he was great!
