Walmart Supercenter

Today, around 11:00 morning. It was a pleasure to shop at Walmart. The store and aisles weren't crowded at all. This store is clean and organized. I love the new fresh new look of the store.

I have started liking them better than amazon....

I love this Walmart other than the lady screaming over the intercom if u don't get checked out by 11 u r out of luck I'm shutting the check outs down at 11 no later very annoying and rude sounding I just left I said I'm not listening to that woman for the next 30 to 45mins I was even warned before I went in what was going on the lady that warned me said she said to hell with it got what she already had went to the front checked out and left said she'd come another time if she needed she'd probably head to Bowling Green before she came back to Franklin honestly but they was well stocked the panties and bras was an absolute mess was all crammed together kinda messy

I enjoy picking up groceries from this location. 95% of the time I have no issues. Sometimes, very rarely, I've had to wait a long time or reschedule due to lack of employees to handle all of our orders on some days. Everyone is nice and provides great customer service!

Everything you'd exspect a store to have, cloths, auto parts, food, toys, all sorts of stuff. Over good store.

Wad thankful the manager knew what she was doing and could help us.

Good store just wish the grocery side was bigger with more groceries

I should’ve just come here first. I spent two extra hours visiting 3 other stores looking for an adapter to link my iPhone to my aux cord. Needless to say… Wal-Mart has everything…including all my paycheck after finishing up with my grocery shopping. Lol thanks Wal-Mart!

***Unmatched & Genuine Kindness from Auto Dept***
I was passing through town on my way home from spring break with my 83 year-old Mom and 10 year-old son when my rental car got a flat. Not familiar with the car or the area and being a mechanical idiot, I tried to find help but it was difficult being Easter morning. Not only did I find that you were open (thank goodness), but Walter and the woman working the front counter stopped what they were doing and took care of me right away. I regret not asking the woman’s name but she was cute & petite with her hair pulled back in a pony tail. These two showed me such genuine kindness that I got emotional. Walter put air in my spare, switched out my flat, checked the tire pressure in all my other tires, and had me do a quick test drive before one final torque adjustment AND REFUSED ANY SORT OF TIP. I made it home on the spare after driving another 5 1/2 hours and I attribute that to Walter. I absolutely appreciate these two and wish them abundant blessings!!!

Walmart has lost their minds , they falsely accuse people for shoplifting and they get arrested

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful.. of course there's always a few that make you wonder why they work with the public lol. Not as well stocked as some Supercenters in larger cities but they have the essentials and good prices.

I sure do wish things found in a Kentucky store could be found in a Texas store because Bowling Green and Franklin Walmart have some really good items to shop and not to mention the snack section is almost nostalgic. It’s always an adventure shopping Walmarts across states. You never know what you’ll find😍😍😍

They came and assisted us even though they had closed the electronic department.. they were very kind and acted in a timely manner. Was honest surprised.. good job walmart

As usual, got way more than i originally expected to buy... Props for the marketing employees for their,"above & beyond" teamwork! Doing a wonderful job guys & gals1

It's clean and the employees are friendly! This is hands down my favorite Walmart. My cashier was only 8 but she had a great attitude and even loaded the bags in our cart for me. She helped unload the car at home too! A+ trip! A

This Walmart's was very organized clean and attractive, store, only one thing they didn't carry Loreal color care shampoo, and conditioner,,other than that, no complains, nice store,,

Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop!

I have to commend Walmart and all its employees for working hard and maintaining the best store experience possible for it's customers. Yes, some shelves are low inventory, but the store was clean, new stock being put on the shelves as fast as possible, and worker attitudes and professionalism continues to shine, regardless.

Love walmart, 1 stop for all my shopping, plus self checkout.
