Needed some new work shoes. Got a really good deal on these, (see pic). And my wife found a nice pair of casual shoes on the bargain rack for $20, originally priced $60.

Great place ! Wife works there and is very under paid! Please put your shoes away after you try on. It's the respectful thing to do! Keep your kids with you too

Much improved. Larger inventory, able to order if your size isn't available. Employees know the places where particular shoes are stacked.

A great place to get your shoes! If you have a return, no problem! They will give your money back or you can exchange for a different pair! Staff is always friendly n helpful!

I was glad to have found some pretty decent deals for my kid. The most important factor in my shoe purchase is quality and Shoe Carnival has a few selections with quality. They ran a raffle for customers that bought two pairs of shoes which was interesting. I was happy to save a few dollars off my purchase with the coupon I won. Thank you Show Carnival, it was a thoughtful promotion 😊

Sale section is my favorite lol! But I buy most of my kids shoes here and they are fairly priced!

I found a pair of shoes I really wanted but they were brown so I took them up front.... They ordered them for me in black and are going to mail them to me .....sweet... Very happy shopper...thank you shoe carnival

Nice selection and easy exchanges

I placed an online order for pick up for shoes for my granddaughter about 3:00 . She really needed these for school tomorrow so about 4:15 I called the store to see if they could try to have it ready before they close. The young man who took my call was very professional . He looked up my order and had someone pick the order and the order was ready when we picked it up a half hour later. It was a late afternoon order and he could have easily said due to the order being so late in the day he couldn't promise it would be ready same day. I appreciate him being so helpful :) 😀

Very friendly service. We shop here atleast 1 time a month. I wish they had discounts for loyal customers but I've yet to find one. But still a great shoe store.

Got to spin the wheel saved an extra $3 plus used a coupon for $10 I was very pleased with their selection of all types off shoes. I bought 2 pair under $100 and love them both one pair is Nike tennis shoe and the others are slip on both pair are very comfortable. Friendly customer service. I will go back soon.

Went here to buy school shoes. Great variety along with the dicounts. I asked 1 of the workers for assistance. I believe he was a new hire because he was kind of clueless to the questions I was asking about their shoes. I do have to say though, he was more than willing to help. I solved my own questions while he was standing there so we both kind of learned some. It was time well spent and the workers were great. Store was pretty clean.

Good place to get shoes. They need to carry the bigger sizes of shoes for men. Like 14 quad wides in every kind they have. Many men have quite large feet. If it's not a very wide shoe I can not even get it on my foot. Please carry the bigger sizes in each brand of shoes for men....

I love it there I got a very nice parents of boots and mom got some cut little bear footies sooo cute 😍😍😍😍 i wanted to get a nice pare of snow boots with heels I think we went a little to late cause of Christmas cause um it was almost out and I would have the snow boots there but they didn't have heels solo yeah I'm a boot girl with heels and flip flops with heels or heels in general so I only were flats when we go to the store but I love shoe carnival LOVE IT
