Needed some new living room furniture and was successful here!! The salesman, Johnny Holder, was great and worked with us and our needs, was very knowledgeable, and friendly, but not pushy!! 10/10 highly recommend asking for him when you go in. We love our new furniture!! Also, shout out to the delivery team, they were amazing!

So perfect! As we looped it around the store a thousand times finding the perfect couch. Jay and Aaron helped us with any and all questions! They made adding extra sections to the couch easy and were a great help!

Jay Oaks was good to work with while making the purchase. Just got our sectional sofa delivered. We really like it. Time will tell how well it holds up. Hopefully for many years!

Couch buying made easy! Igor made such an impression with salesmanship and professionalism at the store, and allowed us to sit on the couch for almost an hour to make sure it would be ok with my back issues. Worked with us to get a deal that felt like we were both winning. The Tanavi is everything we wanted in a couch, comfy but sturdy, and the right shape. Delivery and set up went smooth as promised. Very good people. Did not act like salesmen. Asked us what we liked and showed us what direction to go to and when we found what we liked they told us all the details and did not push us at all into any extras like warranties, etc. we decided our delivery date. I have been to this Ashley store multiple times because I have been an Ashley customer for over 10 years. Till recently the service was so bad we did not want to return. One day I decided to go in looking for specific mirrors and had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD anywhere from JOHN. He went above and beyond and restored my faith in there still being good out there. I bought several things and have been back to buy more since then. RODNEY was also fantastic!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I have now purchased 2 pieces of furniture on different occasions. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Also, delivery drivers are very prompt and considerate.

Sectional shopping was never so easy! Bailey was GREAT and we appreciated her help and expertise at all points in the furniture buying process. Ask for Bailey! She won’t steer you wrong!

I had an issue with the Ashley Furniture in Louisville off of Bluegrass Parkway. A delivery date was scheduled but the salesperson Sherri input the incorrect telephone number in the system and I lost my delivery date! Aaron at Bowling Green came to the rescue. Although, I am not getting my delivery when needed he made sure my concerns were addressed and made me feel better about ever making another purchase from Ashley. I would RECOMMEND the Bowling Green location but I would never purchase ANYTHING from the Louisville Bluegrass Location. The south end location was helpful in providing GREAT customer service. Aaron made sure that although I didn’t purchase from his store he made sure that I was headed in the right direction!! After expressing my concern that I didn’t feel the assistant manager was concerned about my issue I was instructed that I could leave store because she was trying to help me although she was not the one who made the error! The biggest problem for me was the salesperson not taking responsibility for her screw up and her trying to make it my fault. I returned the item and purchased it elsewhere. I did not get my delivery date but I finished my experience feeling valued as a customer! Thanks Aaron & Aaron!

We moved from Nashville to KY and needed a living room set,tv console, and other items. We were so pleased at how friendly the staff were and helped us mix and match. No pressure and never tried to convince us to buy certain pieces. They even moved furniture into different natural light up front so we could see the color it would show mostly in our home. Chase and Maria are great employees who went above and beyond. Thank you.

Ashley Furniture had the best Labor Day sale ever. We bought 3 bedroom sets, a mattress set, dining room set and a credenza. Saved a lot of money with the sale. Bailey was so patient with us and so helpful. Thank you Ashley Furniture. Can’t wait for the delivery. ❤
