Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I absolutely love the food here! I am not much of a chicken person, but this place has me addicted! I especially love the fried pickles, too. The personality of the cashiers can use some improvement, but other than that, it's a great place to eat!

The food is amazing!!!! Full of flavor, crispy, delicious!!! A little pricey, but well worth it

Great fast food restaurant especially compared with limited options in this area. Great savings when doing the survey at the bottom of receipts. Not many places where two can eat for $9 (with code after completing simple survey).

Just love the Asian salad and the veggie egg rolls....two thumbs up..

Zaxby's is a favorite. I liked this location in Franklin, KY for their super nice staff; especially the cashier, I think her name was Amber who was patient, prompt and kind, even though it was almost closing time.

I've never ate at this place until about 3 weeks to a month ago and I've been there 4 times now. This place is delicious

This was my first time at a Zaxby's. In my opinion the food was great. Everything I ordered was very good. The service good and the restaurant was very clean. We did eat in but, at the time of this post about half of the tables inside were closed do to COVID-19. They didn't provide trays. Just to go boxes. Also, I want around 7:30pm and from the outside the restaurant looks closed but, they are open for dine in. Highly recommend. Also as a side note, if you like golf you might really like this location.

Tasty chicken and always good. My son got me loving there chicken tenders and the price is not bad. Love the zaxby sauce

I travel a lot through the South and one of my consistently favorite places is Zaxbys. While I consistently get the same order (Wings and Things, traditional with nuclear sauce) the wings have a tendency to be dry and the sauce cold. However I must admit the wings here were tender and well done. It appeared here the wings were given the same attention as the tenders. Good job!

Cobb salad was good and the 4 piece chicken tender dinner was good. Both were fresh and tasty. Down side is we had to pickup at the counter when it was ready and it was served in to go containers. Still the food is hot and fresh. I've had Chick-fil-A once and ZAXBY'S is so much better hands down.

Great food served up with a great personality! I ordered the boneless wing and tenders basket. Loved it! Perfectly cooked, hot, juicy, and the ice tea was perfect as well. I will definitely be returning more often. Now, if we can just get them to add the Zing Salad to their full time menu.

This place is almost always on point. Prices are fair and the food is delicious. Only gripe is that I wish they had more than one coke dispenser in the lobby. On busy days you may be waiting to get a drink. Awesome place though!

Friendly service. Quick service. Good food. Bleu salad with blackened chicken and thousand island dressing. Also a 3 finger chicken meal. Coke products 🙄.
Wear a jacket, even in the summer. It was so cold. I am not easily chilled in the summer.

I'm a first time visitor at Zaxby's in Franklin, Kentucky. The chicken, fries and bread was to die for. Everything was fresh hot and delicious.
Zaxby's has earn a 5 star from me. Keep doing what you're doing.

NEWS FLASH - if you haven't heard, Zaxby's WON the "Chicken Sandwich War"... CRUSHED Chik-Fil-A like the rest with Zaxby's Signature Chicken Sandwich. I make it a deluxe and switch the sauce to bold and spicy and get a side of cheddar bites.

The BIGGEST, CRISPIEST, JUICIEST chicken filet sandwich... Guaranteed.

Good chicken and fries. The strawberry and lemonade combo drink was really interesting too, just wish they didn't run out of it, would like to have had more of that. TY

Zaxby's is currently my favorite place to eat, next to home. When I am really tired after work, I can get something good to eat (house zalad) on my way home. I would so much rather be eating crispy lettuce, juicy cucumbers, little carrot slices, and delicate crunchy onions with my meal than a bag of greasy french fries.
