Go here every Friday right when it opens. Food is always hot n fresh, staff's always nice and friendly. Can't ask for anything better than that.

Fast and hot food! Service was awesome and Drive-thru attendant was awesome as well. She was amazing!

We had a long wait time to place an order but we weren’t in a hurry. They were busy and the workers were stressed out and the customers didn’t make things any better. If you’re short on time I’d choose another restaurant. Our food was fresh and hot and really good so I recommend this place of you want good food.

I always have a wonderful experience at this location. My granddaughter has food allergies but is able to eat from the popeyes menu. I normally order a 36 count nugget and realize I will have a wait time for this quantity. The remainder of my order is never packaged before the nuggets are ready so everything I receive is "hot". Staff is always courteous, suggestive selling is used and they never assume I want a dinner in lieu of a combo. Staff always delivers my food with a friendly smile and thank you for visiting their location.

Will definitely come back! Everything was cooked perfectly and the night shift crew was super sweet and nice.

The first time I've ever ate there really friendly service Fresh Out of the fryer chicken and fries loved every minute of it very clean store.

Great chicken sandwiches. I usually order on the app and just drive up and get food and go home. I love the fries!! I usually get a free one with the app. Who doesn't love free food? Can't comment on atmosphere because I don't normally eat in. I'm pretty sad they don't have the beignets anymore. Those are my favorite!!!@

Being in the service industry myself, I hate stopping at any place if it’s within an hour of closing. But we were on the road and starving and did so anyway with the lowest of expectations…. Honestly we wouldn’t have even minded if it wasn’t that great. But the employees were still very friendly and the food was the freshest and tastiest I’ve gotten from any Popeye’s in years! Thank you, Franklin Popeye’s!!! We will definitely be by again…. Next time not so close to closing time. :/

I got the chicken strip meal. It was the best chicken and biscuit i have ever had at any popeyes any where i usually eat 1 strip and ate the whole meal we will be back.

The chicken sandwich was delicious along with the fries. They also have delicious sweet tea. I highly recommend

This Franklin Kentucky Popeyes was clean . Although I quit eating chicken . I went there for some red beans and rice, mashed potatoes ( never forget to ask for Cajun Sparkle when dining at Popeyes !!! You have to ask for it )The red beans and rice was superb!

The fries were cold. The sandwich was yummy. The place was very busy, and the staff was friendly. They were trying really, really hard. I'm glad they were there. I certainly didn't have time to fry chicken today. They did it with a smile, and that's why they get a grace-packed FIVE STARS from me. :)

I stopped by this Popeyes in September with my family and I want to say the staff was so helpful and friendly especially a woman name Charlotte. The entire staff worked well together. And the food was fresh.

They f#ck3d my order all up last night and to top it all off there was not even a single scoop of potatoes in my container! Nothing but gravy!
***BUT***
They offered to give me a refund (which I gladly took)and then she told me to come back tomorrow and she would make it worth my time. So how could I say no to a woman that is handling my food. I came 😉 the next day and they hooked it up! Never have I been happier with any other customer service!!

Let me tell you about some of the best customer service I've ever had. I just went in because the drive-thru line was a little long as it is a new restaurant in town and I just wanted some fries.

I get in, place my order; she tells me they're going to make some fresh it'll be a few minutes and then hands me a little cup and told me to help myself to whatever soda or drink I want on the house. Also there in the same time frame, the manager starts asking me if I want to get some deep fried Oreos. Wasn't that hungry- said I pass, and then she was like how about a sample? Then she just gives me one... keep in mind that these are like a dollar a piece and she just gave me one. They charged me for the large fry but they filled an entire box full of them. It fed three people.

Best service ever!

They dont get in a hurry to get us our food. Took 17min... 12 people n the dining area including us. No mac an cheese for my 4 yr old. But we loved the chicken, red beans an rice an biscuit.

Shrimp was good, hot and tasty. Mac and cheese was a soupy mess. Ordered inside, then was told no dining in. I looked before we ordered and there was a laptop and jacket on one table and a food bag and drink on another table. So i ask and was told that is the employees stuff. Oh, ok I can come in as a paying customer and be told I need to eat on my car? Because your employees are using the dining room. It would have helped to have a sign or an employee to tell us before we ordered and went to sit down.Thanks but NoThanks!

Had the best chicken sandwich of my life!! No lie. It was super crunchy outside, and perfectly cooked inside! So glad to find a decent chicken place in town. 1000x better than KFC.
