I am not an easy person to please. But Dylan, Scotty and Ari were there to answer every question I had. Even some I didn't know I needed to ask. Scotty is a new hire with 2 days under his belt, he had so much knowledge about the device and how it can make my life easier. Dylan was excellent on the cost, getting me the correct plan for the family and helping me learn more about T Mobile. Ari has a great staff in Franklin. She got all the numbers from Verizon changed over quick!! Glad we made the decision to go with such a great team. I can say I look forward to being a T Mobile customer. Thanks to them, they ROCK!!!

Scotty here at the Franklin store was simply amazing. He went above and beyond and made me feel like family. Just Extraordinary customer service. 👍🏾

Austin is absolutely amazing! He was very helpful getting my service set up when me and my husband came in, then I had a car accident the next day and my phone got destroyed, I showed up today and he made sure I was taken care of and set me up with another phone. I totally recommend TMobile in Franklin, KY. They make sure their customers are satisfied.

I had excellent customer service at the T-Mobile store in Franklin, KY. Braden primarily helped me, and was extremely competent, friendly and accommodating. I was there awhile because Braden was transferring information from my nine year old phone to my new phone. Aymen, the store manager, was also very helpful and friendly. I bought one of the most inexpensive phones, and nobody tried to pressure me to buy a phone that is more expensive. I have been a T-Mobile customer for several years, and this was the best T-Mobile customer service I have ever received.

My husband Tony and I changed over from Metro to Tmobile 5G earlier this week. Laura got it done for us explaining everything along the way. She was great 👍 and we highly recommend her and the gang at Tmobile in Franklin, Kentucky.

Went in got my problem fixed at 6:40-7:30pm yesterday! He knew right away the problem and how to fix it. Only issue was getting customer service with t- mobile to understand. He didn't give up and got it right! Would recommend this store and Austin and young lady at this store! Thanks very much! Needed this done as soon as possible due to using my phone for business. He didn't give up!

Absolutely awesome service!! Dakota and the other lady (missed her name) did a great job of helping us get our phone service changed. Now were saving $85/month over our old plan. Thank you all so much for working with us and being so helpful!!!! 🤗

I didn't buy anything from this guy yet, but he knows his stuff and he calls you back if he misses your call. I hope this guy gets a raise because he is 100x more customer focused than any cell retailer I have ever dealt with. Keep up the good work, Austin.

Brittany and Bailey were amazing! They answered all of our questions and took the time to teach us how to operate the new phones. We switched from an iPhone to an Android. This was the best customer service ever! Thank you both.

I stopped by because my calls weren't going through. It was late in the afternoon and I was hoping they were still opened. It was a few mins till closing and i thought for sure they weren't going to stay to help me (even as a regular) but Ayman and Jamie said come on we will get u fixed up. They go to troubleshooting and got my phone calling again(apparently I had put on wifi calling) and was able to call my daughter again I was so worried about not getting in touch with her. While I was there I found out I could upgrade and was able to get a new phone a watch plus all my accessories for hardly anything down. Thank u Jamie and Ayman!!! Ya'll really go far and beyond excellent customer service. We love T-Mobile and are always telling our friends and family about how happy we are we switched. I will always come back to the Franklin store.

These cats are awesome. Very helpful and they always let me know the best deals. But... I wish they serviced what they sell.

I went in today just go over my plan make sure I was had everything I needed the come to find out I'm going to save about $20 I might count because they looked at my cat and look at everything and check to make sure I was doing good and then he called me back after I left to make sure everything was good that's customer service
