Guitar Center

I had a great experience at Guitar Center today. I was looking for a new cart to carry my instruments, and they had a lot of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they showed me some stock photos of different carts they had in other locations. They were all Guitar Centers, but each one had a unique vibe. I was impressed by their variety and service. I found the perfect cart for me and I can't wait to use it!

This is a nice location with great staff. My son likes to go to their drum-room and play. They have tons of beautiful guitars, really nice electric pianos, and then all the accessories - stands, strings, sheet music, etc. The employees are really knowledgeable and totally welcome you to try out whatever interests you.

Came in to consider an acoustic bass guitar for travel. Acoustic bass just isn't my thing. But then I saw this smaller than usual Ibanez ergonomic electric bass on the counter that would be perfect for travel. I was excited that it was the size of a Jr but not with the cheap parts that most mini bases have. Christian insisted I plug it in because he thought the pickups were amazing. He was right they are. I had lots of questions because of the unique style of this model. Christian answered every single question and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision to buy it. I'm stoked to also get the gear card to start earning gear bucks. I would not buy this much from any location unless the staff is as helpful as Christian. I'm excited to travel with this incredible looking and sounding guitar.

After my last experience at the Tempe store, I'll drive past another Guitar Center to get to this one because the service at the Tempe store is AMAZING! At this store, you're greeted with a smile and the sales associates will happily answer your questions (unlike another location where I felt like I was bothering the associate just to get their attention, much less get a question answered about a product I wanted to purchase).

End result, I would highly recommend the Tempe location!! I ordered a new bass here and had it shipped to the store so I could look it over before taking it home. They had their guitar tech look over it as well before I left the store with the new bass.

Great bunch of folks at this location and again, I will drive past another location just to get to this one where I get excellent service, even when they are busy. The associates here may not be immediately available for you but you are certainly not forgotten and the associates even remind you that they'll be right back to get to your question or assist you with whatever you need as soon as they finish up with their current customer. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail as well as their very friendly attitude at the Tempe location!!

I'm writing this review because I had a great experience with Brandon today. He seriously helped me out with my home audio related needs. He inquired into the equipment I already had and helped me make an educated purchase with all of the correct cables. A+ customer service, give that guy a raise for real. Also kudos to you guys for always having everything I need, every single time I come in.

I always have a great experience every time I go into this Guitar Center. The staff here is knowledgable and extremely helpful. Brandon is my favorite… he’s super personable, and always does above and beyond!

Definitely one of the best guitar centers I've been into in terms of customer service.

It's not a huge location, however, it does pack a punch! I go here simply because I know that I will be taken care of by their staff.

Love this place. We went there to get my wedding gift for my husband to be. We really really appreciate the knowledge and help from the guys. They were nothing but just most kindest and passionate folks for music. They helped us pick a Les Paul, amp and a cry baby. Now we have a perfect music setup for my guy to jam in.

Btw, it was surprise for my boy and he is now nothing but a happy kid at home who enjoys his music and ignores Tv.

Love this place, I went in the other day and I bought a Epiphone Les Paul 2 limited edition in flame top blue . The young man that helped me Brandon I think helped me. He was very knowledgeable and polite . He helped me even though he was busy helping 3 other customers and was chasing down phone calls. I love the guitar and will be going back !

Guitar Center is a mecca of creativity at best! Every tool you can Imagine when indulging in music is at hand. Great atmosphere and staff was eager to help you find whatever it was your looking for was awesome.

Brandon went above and beyond to help me. He was patient while I tried to communicate with my wife about the specific item we were looking for. He answered all my questions with a smile and did not make me feel rushed or uncomfortable with my lack of knowledge. I f you want to speak with an honest person he is the one you want and need. It was a pleasure to meet and work with him.

Great visit to admire the beautiful acoustic guitars. Christian helped us look at a few guitars and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the guitars! Thank you so much!

Tried out keyboards and digital drums. Help was scarce to come by but still a great place. Not a place if you're disabled. Obstructed paths hindered me utilizing a walker.

Great place to find a starter guitar for my son. The staff was very helpful and the prices were fair. I will certainly be back.

Friendly staff. So many choices. Not busy.

Epic place. Took my 11 yr old, for his new passion. Massive number of choices, instruments and accessories. Superbcool place that offers everything from picks to full on stage equipment. There plenty of other things like vinyl records, music books, novelty paraphernalia, and instrument repair and replace items. Theu offer lessons, practice rooms, repair service and rental services.

I purchased a 1969 Gibson SG Special from Brandon. What fantastic service. Brandon was so nice and went far beyond expected service.
