We have bought two TV’s from Greg, and it has always been a great experience! He is very knowledgeable and has great deals for quality products. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the valley who is looking for a new TV or speakers.

Greg is awesome! Had problems ordering from a competitor. Stumbled upon the TV Outlet and the great reviews. Boy are they right. Greg came out less than 24 hours later, carefully and respectfully delivered the TV, and made me a customer for life. If looking for a tv and a good deal, give this place a shot!

Fantastic place to buy a TV very knowledgeable and looks into needs of the customer! Bought an 85 inch samsung TV from Greg he delivered it and got me set up next day, a couple weeks in my TV had some issues he hopped on it and is getting my TV fixed!! We purchased a 65 inch LG Flat Screen TV two weeks ago, upon my uncles recommendation. We are extremely pleased with our experience. This outlet not only beat Costco's sale price but the transaction in my opinion was top notch. When you purchase a TV from this business they take the time to unbox the TV in front of you before you leave. They do this to ensure for all parties involved that you are receiving a perfectly working TV AND REMOTE, and that there is no damage or imperfections to the TV. The additional benefit to this process is that they cut the box at its base, then repackage TV with original packaging and secure it with two plastic straps that are machined sealed. As a result, when we arrived home, we were able to place the sealed box in the room we were mounting the TV, cut the plastic ties, remove the upper portion of box while leaving the TV securely in the base housing, proceed to attach the brackets and all connections and ultimately lift your new TV only the one time to mount it. They, also, took time to demonstrate how to handle the TV when moving it to minimize risk of damage. The owner and his right hands man were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming!

My husband and I had an amazing experience buying our tv from TV Outlet… would definitely recommend them if you are looking to invest in a new television. Greg was well informed, honest and able to deliver our new tv the next day!

Awesome little shop with a wide range of TV selections from the highest end to amazingly priced budget TV’s along with an array of audio. Picked up a TV with delivery that was the cheapest anywhere, along with great knowledge, experience and kindness this local business deserves its 5 star without a doubt.

Greg and his team not only offered the absolute best deal on a VERY nice Samsung TV and accompanying sound system, but also demonstrated how knowledgeable and passionate they are about delivering top-tier customer experiences. They're not pushy here, and instead will listen carefully to what you're looking for (and what your budget is) to try and find you exactly the right match - they'll gladly even refer you elsewhere if they don't have it.

To top it all off, I had to call the store back after I purchased from them when I couldn't find the remote and cord the TV was supposed to come with. Even though the missing equipment was no fault of theirs, Greg drove 40 minutes out of his way on a Sunday evening to deliver them to me himself. And a special shoutout to Chance for being responsive and proactive about solving this snafu when I first called!

When considering the inventory, the prices and the incredible staff, there's nowhere else in the Tempe area to buy a TV from.

The Tv Outlet is definitely the place to go. Greg was amazing! Very knowledgeable had great prices and was just overall a super great experience will be going back for future purchases:).

August 2021:

This is an absolutely excellent business. They are both knowledgeable and honest; two traits rarely attributed to a retail store in today's day in age. I walked out more confident in my decision than when I went in. I challenge you to find another electronics store that makes you feel that way about a large purchase. I would proudly and emphatically recommend them to anyone in the market for a new TV. You won't find more reasonable prices or better customer service.

Update April 2024:

This TV is still in perfect working order. We have not had a single problem. I stand by my previous comments. Don't pay box store prices when you can get honest, fair, and affordable treatment here.

In the past we have purchased televisions and have had quite the experience with customer service in every given way, form,
and manner at a few big name retail businesses. Neither of the sales representatives and/or managers in each place have provided the experience, knowledge, nor exceptional customer service we were given from Greg. Not only will he explain in detail to you what and how each product performs, but will go out of his way to provide live actual samples on the product so you can see for yourself to make a sound decision. Greg is professional, courteous, and sets a fine example of what is lost in today’s society for making the buying experience all the worth while. Thank you Greg, we will be returning to the TV Outlet for more future purchases!

What an overall enjoyable experience. We ran into an issue with our original living room television and were in need of something new.
