I’m somewhat of a Lowe’s connoisseur so it’s pretty high praise when I say this is probably the nicest location with some of the friendliest, most helpful employees I’ve ever been in. I bought some patio furniture from here and after unboxing it all, I discovered one of the chairs was damaged. Exchanging it for a new one was quick and easy. I highly recommend this location!

Brian in the lumber department was great. Cut our maple board perfectly, took his time, super friendly. Even cut it again when we realized we needed it a little shorter on the other edge. Great experience.

Customer service is above par. Employees speak to you when passing by and offer assistance. They are knowledgeable and so helpful.
I feel valued and appreciated. An employee never walks past a customer without at least saying "hello". I say this again as it is very important to me
Home Depot employees are the polar opposite.

I feel like I have had a more consistent positive experience at the Lowe's stores that I have frequented. I have had need to visit Lowe's for home projects in multiple states and they are always so helpful. This location is a shining example that. My wife and I came in and were greeted at the door, and led to the aisle we were looking for. My wife needed to visit the restroom and was led to a beautiful bathroom she was very pleased with. While I was helped by a employee in the plumbing aisle. Helping people and great products.

I had a tricky return issue to deal with, and Denise went truly above and beyond to help me. Amazing customer service!

Excellent customer service from Rebecca in the appliance dept she assisted us took her time until we found the appliance that was the perfect fit thanks again a total asset to lowes in chandler

I like the lumber at Lowe's much better than Home Depot. Nicer and more helpful employees too!

Greg the Manager was so helpful!!!! He assisted me with a garage opener I purchased at a different Lowe's location. He took care of everything. He gave me amazing tips. I went to go grab some waters due to my throat acting up that day. He literally ran over to me called be by my name and finished entering my information .

After the transaction, he assisted me with a filter.
When I was walking away, I told me thank you for my business.
When I was checking out the cashier at Self Check out. She was just so sweet and kind and a warm smile. This is very professional and kind group of men and women that work here. I will definitely be coming back often. Grade A customer service for me!!!!

Receiving clerk was super pleasant. Really tried to help me but I was too early. Super nice tho.

Dominic and Julie in the indoor indoor pant department are absolutely amazing they educated me on how to care for my plants also took the time to shop with me helped me pick out the right soil went as far as helping me with the holes in the bottom of my pots so the water can drain. there customer service is unmatched I look forward to coming back to buy more plants from them. (To the Store Manager they need Raises!)

I have had the best customer service here. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Everytime I come here at least 3 employees ask me if I needed any help.

This place is very nice, and the employees are awesome. Travis the store manager and Tj were super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. We tried to return a product that wasn't working and we were out of the return policy. I explained our situation and they were extremely understanding and worked with us this one time. We always buy our appliances here and only had a issue this once and they fixed it

I'm usually a home Depot person,but I told a friend I was looking to buy some plants, they suggested Lowe's. I was very impressed by their floral selection and knowledge of their staff.

They have to have Cashiers or they definitely will lose my business for sure!

Domeinco, Shay and Sarah we absolutely amazing! Hubbers and I went in to get a pallet of pavers and Domeinco was so helpfully assisting us. He has a wonderful soul and you are so lucky to have him working for your company. Shay, she helped us check out and she was very pleasant. She had to call Sarah for an override and as we waited, we allowed other customers to go before us. Sarah, she came to save the day! She was also very helpful and they all have infectious smiles and hospitality! Thank you for all your help today! Lowes never disappoints!
