I placed a Large order ($400 plus) online at this Target on Az Ave in Chandler. The young-man that brought it out to my car was so VERY VERY COURTEOUS TO ME. He wanted to put the bags into my car in the proper place. He spoke to me the entire time he was loading my grocery bags. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTE CUSTOMER SERVICE His name was Jordan. A++++

I personally love Target and I was really sad when they shut down and Casa Grande. I wish they would open back up. We have so many people that live here now. I think that they would do get here now

Very clean an friendly employees on the target side, but they need to clean the shoe area just a mess, sad it's going down hill ..I will never go back to their Starbucks unfriendly employees no customer service....act like they want to b there .....

Consistent to brand.

Customer service was extremely helpful. I was using the target app and instead of the wait for an online order for store pickup, they marked the price down to the online price instead of store amount, rang up my order at checkout, and had everything completed immediately. Thank you Target for such high-end valued employees to service customers at top priority!

Store very organized and clean. Target puts extra effort into merchandising than it's leading competitor. Overall the location was well stocked for Memorial Day Weekend. The staff was observed straightening and cleaning up aisles. I used Self Checkout which was quick and efficient. The employee seemed friendly and busy straightening up the area. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a great shopping experience with great value!

I had a great time at this target the customer service here is beyond the best if you're in Chandler Arizona and looking for a Target to buy your groceries or other daily items I would definitely recommend this target

Clean store with professional courteous employees

Clean , big, great selection of house decor , storage..I grabbed a great shelf that I never would have thought Target would have. So this store surprised me.

Target is a great place to shop. The stores are clean and easy to navigate. The organization support diversity and demonstrates equity and inclusion.

I am very pleased to shop at this Target. the app makes things very easy to find and the aisle numbering system is well thought out. the self check out is very easy and the employees are kind and helpful. there isn't as much selection in the grocery department as I have been used to but that is just me. I do wish that Target would return to Casa Grande, AZ. We miss having the selection and choice to go there. I had to drive 40 miles to get to this one to pick up the things that we needed that day as Target was the ONLY place that had the items in stock. But, They did have them!!!

I asked this young man where is the rash cream and he said in an educated tone “ right this way Sir” and he led me through the mountainous terrain of target aisles straight towards the cream. But it wasn’t there… this doesn’t stop the wonder kid though he told me in a comforting voice “I’ll check the back for you” his eyes sparkled and he walked away with this 3 leveled cart

Minutes go by… then I see him in the distance rushing back to me with THE CREAM. THIS young man needs a raise for his hard work through adversity and his dedication to the target franchise. If You are Reading this El Niño… thank you

Hats off to the management and mobile pickup team here! I’ve been getting all my items through their app and picking up since the quarantine began IT’S AMAZING! I drive a little bit farther to pickup at this store because the pickup team ALWAYS has masks and gloves on and are so nice! I ordered a small eyeshadow pallet and they carefully wrapped it in paper so it wouldn’t get smashed! Keep up the great work! We appreciate you so much during this time! :-D

I absolutely love browsing the store itself as well as the app. Target is so famous for being pleasant just to walk around in! I love shopping here and everyone is always super friendly. I also always find what I'm looking for.

It was my first time using the order online pick up in store option. One of my items was a three piece bowl set but only two bowls were in the package. The only other set they had in stock was also missing one bowl. The customer service team offered a couple of possible solutions and I ended up leaving happy. Great problem solving and wonderful customer service!

I had the best Target experience with Brenda today! She assisted me at the self checkout line when I had a question. She was so willing to help me. She gave me tons of information on the Circle app and gave me good examples on how to use it. She made great conversation and was very warm towards me. Excellent customer service.

Wow!! Picking up the hairdryer at 7 am put a smile on my face for a long time. The employees (total of 4 assisted one way or the other) were fantastic. Great people abilities & very professional.

This is our favorite Target location. It is so clean and nicely kept it is a pleasure to visit! I love the snack area (I love fresh popcorn).

Compared to other retailers, prices are usually a bit higher, but I don't mind paying more to enjoy a refreshingly cool place to shop in the summer, and - sans screaming kids!

The fresh produce section is small, so you won't likely find all of your fresh produce at this location.

Staff is usually very friendly and checkout is fast. Great store!

Parking lot is huge, but you really have to be mindful of traffic in the parking lot. Many people do not stop at the stop signs, so best to expect them not to stop.
