This place will treat your equipment as if it's their own.
I brought in a half-installed coolant upgrade to my PC that I couldn't finish and they not only cleaned up my mess, but took the extra time to tie up the cables neatly and around the RGB lights so as not to interfere.
They could have easily just let the cables hang in the box and it would have been fine and worked, but the care they took with the install is what will have me coming back.

I took my wireless Magic Trackpad in for a minor repair. The tech did it on the spot in 5 minutes and there was no charge. As long-time user of Apple products, this will be my destination for all future repairs. They repair all types of of Apple devices and sell used ones as well.

My son's laptop had a small issue. The staff member was pleasant and quickly helped with the issue and got us on our way. Thank you so much!

These guys are amazing and charge a very fair price for their repairs. I had a PCB issue on my keyboard but Muaz helped fix my board for a very cheap price and also assisted me in figuring out the issue with the board as well. Staff is very patient and friendly and also a very nice vibe in the store overall. Highly recommend if you have any repairs that need to be made.

Muaz has been the one who generally takes care of my devices. I have brought ALL my issues to Experimax, and they are Wonderful. Syed has come to our Apple Club, to help educate us, and bring us 'Seniors' up to date with technology. They are extremely nice, patient, knowlegeable, efficient, ... AND, very reasonably priced. I recently had my iPhone 7+ battery replaced at a Experimax Chandler, and the experience was great. The technician(Owner) was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the repair was done quickly and for a reasonable price. The battery life on my phone has been greatly improved since the replacement and it's been a great experience overall. Highly recommend if you need your any repair or replacement.

I highly recommend Experimax. Been there twice once for my phone and once for PC and they were great to work with. Highly professional and knowledgeable. Plus the explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I'd give them 6 stars if I could,.

I had taken two of my computers to Experimax and my wife had brought hers as well with a number of things we couldn't seem to sort out. Chris worked through all of the issues we had presented him with on all three computers, taking a good half hour to do so.
When I asked him what the charges were he just waved the question off and told us we could write a review if we liked. This is a great shop not just because of the courtesy and customer service extended by Chris but also the attention he showed to his other customers also getting service at the same time, as well as the obvious knowledge base and competence clearly evident in his performance.

Muaz and Experimax are AWESOME! They helped me get my daughter's Ipad screen fixed after it cracked last night. I found them on Google and sent a quote and issue request, they got back to instantly. Muaz told me it'll be done in 3-5 hours and it was true! The iPad looks brand new and made my daughter a happy girl! Thank you Muaz and Experimax! I'll come back for any other issues in the future!

I am practically clueless when it comes to any and all things technically advanced with my Mac. I am not so sure I would even be so generous as to say 'advanced', as I cannot tell you the sheer number of times I have called or gone into to consult Muaz, from the littlest to the biggest issue, from figuring out how to get my YT Music to not bill me on the Family plan when I am by myself, to actual other related Mac computer issues. Muaz has always me helped in a NY minute, is as kind and professional as can be! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR KIND, GENUINE, PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO WILL HELP YOU WITH ALL THINGS MAC, PLEASE LOOK NO FURTHER! They have been helping me for YEARS and ARE THE BEST! When I need a new computer I will be going to see them because not only do they care, they know what they are doing and to me are practically the kindest people on earth I have been privileged to know. My laptop crashed on Wednesday. I had seen this store while shopping in the area. I had my doubts and was going to go to the apple store, but these guys made me feel comfortable and were not pushy or overwhelming with information. I’m not an IT guy at all, do not enjoy technology or embrace it. I decided to purchase one of their Mac laptops. While I was there I had my cloud updated, my phone updated, and recovered most of my things. I’m happy with the outcome, the price was reasonable plus I received all the help I needed. I am deciding on going back to purchase a desktop. Nice place, saved me a lot of stress.

I had a piece of metal jammed in my usb port on my laptop. I took it in and was greeted with a smile. The metal was removed within minutes at no cost. I’ll absolutely come back if I need any repairs.

I have been visiting Chandler the last couple years and have gone to Experimax for work on my MacBook. Both times I had a good experience with the service and knowledge at this business. This time I had my memory increased which will give me another few years of using this computer. My only complaint is they charged me to have the part overnighted to them and it didn’t come as soon as they expected however, I still I had to pay the over night fee.

Apple wanted an insane amount to repair small tiny cracks in my iPad Pro. I found Experimax online and ALL of their pricing beat out the competition. Pricing is huge for a single mom like myself, but this time quality was not sacrificed in return.
They were also kind, quick and through. They put on my screen protector so I didn’t have to deal with the hassle! Great crew and experience all around.

Went in to get a new battery for our MacBook Air. They had the battery installed within an hour at a fair price. The guys also helped us clean up some viruses and update the browser. Great service!! Highly recommend!!

My daughter in law’s phone fell into water. We waited a long time before bringing it in. The staff were understanding and went beyond the call of duty to ensure an exceptional experience. They were able to take care of all our requests. Their friendliness and expertise were truly appreciated. Highly recommend this Chandler AZ location.
