First time here , so far a good experience, as I was looking for a pair of pants that I found online. They didn’t have them in stock so I asked to be ordered. I was able to try on
similar ones to make sure on the size. Let’s hope my order will be good. I was told it would take 2-6 business days to get them . The girls working there were attentive yet living me alone while I was lookin , which I liked.

First time in, got a pair of shorts, very comfortable after the first work out. The sales rep was warm and attentive, tried out a few pairs before I picked the final one. A bit pricey but worth it. This shop is located by Nordstrom on the first floor of the mall

Incredible service. Helped me get everything I needed! Piper is a saint and was so patient with me. The new store looks great and so much more space and seemingly much more product in store as well!

I used to buy all lulu clothing online and sometimes they don't fit well. Going to the store actually save a lot of time waiting for shipment and return the items that don't fit. The staff there are very nice and very helpful. They told me that they even do alterations for free if the pants or sleeves are too long. I got a lot of items altered there and they usually have it done in 3 or 4 days. Worth the drive to the mall to get Lulu that fits perfectly.

I love this store and can always find what I want. Last week I needed help finding cute styles and pairing things together and Kaitlin was SO helpful. She is truly a professional and super knowledgeable about all the fabrics. She made sure I got everything I needed and gave off great energy the whole time. I love this store, the products, and the good vibes and professionalism!!

This store is great! Everyone was nice and Friendly. Found what I needed and more. See some people complain about returning items. Keep your tags and receipt and you won't have a issue.

I went in to buy a pair of leggings for my girlfriend. Hannah, one of the workers, went out of her way to help me find the best fit for my girlfriend. I ended up walking out of there with a pair of leggings and a sports bra and this was not due to any sales pressure to buy more. Hannah’s customer service was outstanding and the leggings and sports bra were perfect!

I recommend this store to anyone looking for GOOD heavy duty work out clothes. To be honest I walked into this store, looked around and thought there is NO way I am going to fit into anything in this store. I loved everything but again I am a curvy women. Everyone was so helpful and a lady named RED walked up to me and explained there leggings and explained the sizes and that I should just go try them and see if they fit , I AM SO GLAD I DID! :) the size 14 fit my perfectly and make you feel wonderful at the same time. It really made me happy being able to buy something from a store that looked like I were not going to fit into a thing in there. If it weren’t for RED I would have walked right out, so thank you very much because I will defiantly be back for more ! Prices are higher but you get what you pay for, AWESOME! :) Also Everyone was so helpful and happy, they don’t look the other way Because your not the average runner body. Everyone was so wonderful. Thank you guys!!!!

Best customer service ever! Carlos & Sienna are stellar when it comes to product knowledge and going above and beyond for customer satisfaction! They are great at making you feel good about your purchases, while still remaining honest with their suggestions! Everyone knows that Lululemon has a high price point, but it’s for a reason - their product is amazing, and will truly last you for years. Next time you’re in store, be sure to ask for Carlos or Sienna!

The clothing is top notch. Both men's and women's athletic and casual wear available to get you through the day. The staff was very helpful and well informed on styles and sizes. The pricing is high but appears to be high quality, with a great descriptive story to go with each article of clothing

Had issues returning online orders. Took a long time to get things figured out but at the end the boss lady finally got things figured out. She was nice & Professional.

I love this lululemon! I came today to try on these markdown items that they had available in this location. I loved the service, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I live in Scottsdale and the lululemon in my area is not like this! Will be coming here now :)

Arguably one of the best places to come and get men's activewear. It's a bit pricier but in my opinion it's worth every penny. free garment repair and modification. Gonna have to swing by another time and have some shorts fixed because the seams are pulling out.

Juliette was AMAZING! Went to Scottsdale Lululemon and had the worst experience there and they refused to help me. Walked into Chandler Lululemon and was greeted by Juliette, who was willing to help. She made my second ever visit to Lulu wonderful.

Super cool staff, they helped my GF and I out and just kept it real with us. They said I looked sexy and I felt it. Clothes is comfortable af and the socks with silver are a must.

Kinley helped me with my return and even called several stores to track down the leggings I wanted. She was an angel
