Absolutely phenomenal experience with them. I had what would have been a very pricey car fix that Kirk was able to help me with. He kept me updated with every step of the process and even went out of his way to find different ways to make my car issues as affordable as possible. The best auto shop I have been to hands down. I recently bought a 2013 Jeep and I wanted to find a shop that would look at the fluids in it to see what needed to be replaced. After reading the reviews for Pruitt, I brought it in today. Rocky was extremely honest and said all that needed to be replaced was the rear differential fluid. He replaced a bulb that was out too. Also gave me his honest opinion on replacing all the fluids at once and that depending on how the transmission hoses are set up on the Jeep that I may have to take it to a Jeep dealership to flush it. That it's a "Jeep thing ". The prices were reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. While waiting I talked to several customers that have been bringing their cars there for years. I have found my forever mechanic. Thank you Rocky and staff !!!

5 stars isn't high enough to rate this place. The service here is amazing. We stopped with an unplanned vehicle issue, alternator was dying on our box truck. Dropped in on Monday early afternoon. Was told he was booked out over a week but after some more discussion they told us to leave it and they'd squeeze it in first thing next morning. We picked it up next day just b4 noon. Price was reasonable and again the service was fantastic. Highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆+
Pruitt's is a true full service fuel and repair station with friendly employees who really are top notch!

They still pump your gas, clean ALL the windows and offered to check the air in the tires and the engine oil. All in all OUTSTANDING service in an age where nobody knows what it means to provide customer service anymore.

Great folks hooked my car up with a new alternator. I was 95 percent sure that was the issue and I had bought one but couldn't get the tensioner to move to replace myself. These guys took care of the job for me and since I was right didn't charge me the diagnostic fee. Great rates and great people will be back again.

The best service, always friendly staff and extremely fair on prices to get my Jeep fixed. Rocky the owner is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. Definitely recommend this place if you need your car/Jeep fixed or if you just need to get gas.

I used to work there back in the 1970s. I am so glad they have continued to operate in the same fashion making sure customers are taken care of properly. Pumping their gas cleaning the windshield checking the tire pressure checking underneath the hood. They do it all. It's amazing that there is such a station that does this. I live in Florida and no one my area does it. Y'all are just so awesome. I wish I could get up there to see you but I can't.

Such a great time capsule of a place. Full service gas with a smile and courtesy like no other. It's a few pennies more a gallon, but to make sure that your tires are checked and that your oil is topped off, it's a bargain. The cherry on top is how nice everyone is. Definitely a great place to stop

Pruitts’ came highly recommended from families at the school where I teach. They have put new tires on my car and routine oil changes. For someone who knows nothing about cars, I have never once felt taken advantage of or felt that I was being over charged. This is the only place I take my vehicle for any type of service/maintenance. Every technician I’ve encountered is honest and helpful! I also love that when the weather changes and the air pressure in my tires get messed up, I can stop by on my way to work and they will take care of it.

Great service, friendly people and fair prices. I had a tire repaired while passing through Louisville on a 1700 mile road trip. They had me back on the road in less than an hour, even though they were really busy. Really good, old-fashioned customer care. Thanks, Pruitt's!

My friend wrecked his scooter out front of the store, the whole team stopped to help. Gave him water, was very nice. Just very kind people... There are good people out there still! This is like an old time auto shop and gas station. The service is fantastic. They will do exactly what you ask and are even willing to use your own parts. They are honest and serve with a smile every time. They gave me a ride home one day from the shop after my vehicle had broken down. I am impressed and trust them to serve me well. Highly recommend!

Ideal service. Had a flat tire that they plugged and handed me back the keys in less than 10 minutes even when they looked busy. Only $15 for a tire plug. Always good to find someone you can trust in the automotive industry. They have my future service.
