Kroger

I don’t usually leave reviews for grocery stores but I felt I had to for this store and for good reason. I was very impressed with how well stocked and organized it was. I came in for a few specific things but I found items that I normally don’t find at my regular store. I’ll definitely come back here for my full grocery trip.

I always have a good experience shopping at this location. They provide friendly customer service and a good product selection.

I went in to get a small bouquet for my friend’s grave. the florist, Debbie, was super sweet. She stopped what she was doing to patiently check out my small bouquet and wrapped it in a gorgeous pink ribbon. I tried to give her a tip but she declined. Kroger, if you see this review, please consider praising and incentivizing her. She was very nice and sent condolences.

You finally have 2 fine young gentlemen working behind the deli. This was the best experience I've had in a couple of years. You should reward the 2 gentlemen that were working may 31st around 3:02. They did a great job.

Bryan in the bakery is very helpful and does a great job! I've ordered several cakes with him.

Shoutout to Michael in the bakery. I asked if he could make a specific cupcake cake for my 6 year old and he made an exact replica! He loved it!! Thank you so much!!

Great selection of merchandise and very friendly staff, seems like they have cut their staff to the bare minimum., had a very long shopping experience today, everything was in stock and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

I've always been a loyal Kroger shopper.Now I'm in love with the app on my phone .It allows me to add coupons to my Kroger plus card and when I scan my card I get the discount.I haven't used the online shopping yet but I know many people that do and love it.

Saw managers out working picking up carts and working inside store. That's pretty impressive to me. Very friendly and nice neighborhood Kroger

This is the nicest store in Louisville. Always stocked and staffed. Friendly and courteous staff at checkouts and thru will help you with large items . I'm recovering from a medical issue and at times I struggle to pick up cases of water or bags if pet food. Most stores will not attempt to assist you at all. Always clean and carts available.

About a week and a half or two weeks ago I visited this Kroger on a weekend morning (I always go to this Kroger, but usually in the evenings, never in the mornings.) In the self-checkout area, there was the friendliest attendant. He did not tell me his name, but I believe I heard someone call him Tim, but I am not 100% sure. He had a beard and was an older gentleman if that helps. He was so genuinely friendly and helpful. You could really feel that he wanted to help customers and took pride in his work. I could tell by the way that other customers were interacting with him that he had relationships with the regulars. It sounds silly, but honestly that was actually really heartwarming to witness and experience. It made me smile just listening to him. He was cracking jokes as well. Please recognize him for his hard work and ensure he feels valued.

My favorite Kroger! All the employees are always so helpful. Shout out to one of the younger, newer cashiers (it's a shame that his name slipped my mind) and Curtis. I was having a rough night and they ended up uplifting me with their conversation. Thank you for that! Keep it up, even through the supply disruptions and insane pops of business!

Very friendly and excellent customer service. They were out of asparagus and gentleman that was stocking saw me looking and went to the back to get some.

One thing though. This is a busy store, so it is best to go on off hours one to avoid the crowd and on the busier days, like the weekends, they will be out of some things. I don't fault them though, I've seen people stocking up the shelves in the morning and well they have lives too. :)

Just dropped into Kroger for some groceries around 7pm today, got everything except the egg section was picked over and weirdly empty. After checking out, asked Michael, the night manager, for some help with the eggs. Super responsive and friendly - ran to the back with me and pulled out the eggs and re-stocked the shelf.

Great job, best Kroger in town.

I tried the online ordering for pickup yesterday. I don’t mind going into the store but there were a couple of things that I haven’t been able to find the last few times I’ve been in the store, and they are waving the fee right now, so I thought I would see if the Kroger shoppers could find them. Success! There were just two items they couldn’t find, but they were items I could get elsewhere, and it was very easy to pick up the order. I don’t thing I would use the service on a regular basis, especially if I had to pay the fee, but it is very handy if you don’t want to go into the store!

My favorite Kroger - when have the time to spend. The largest in the area. Has a cheese shop and great deli selections. Used to carry 1000 items other Kroger's didn't, but recently cut back on a lot of these things. Large variety of organic and if looking to purchase wine and spirits, has a separate store with frequent wine tasting events. Also has nice Starbucks inside.

Nice establishment. Everything is clean and organized and the staff was friendly. The shopping center itself is a little jam packed and the wine store looks like its detached as well as Starbucks when you first look at it but you can acess both indoors.

Even with three other Kroger's in closer proximity to me, this store is my preferred one. Being a larger store, they have a much more varied selection of items in all departments, especially speciality items. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I will continue to drive out of my way for the greater selection and service.
