Next door almost, to the complete opposite, and one of the very worst in town IMHO: State Liquors. Who must just not care. Or not pay their bills. Something anyway. Night and day difference though. Top Hat is always worth stopping at. I just found a bottle of Larceny Barrel proof bourbon there actually, and at regular price too. I miss living down the street for sure.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always on the ready for a wine recommendation or a free sucker for the kids. The tastiest beers can be found here also.

This is an excellent liquor store. Small, but they always have an excellent beer and bourbon selection. The staff is always super friendly. If you live in the St Matthews area this is the place to go for your booze.

Always such a great spot, always amazed at the interesting wines to be found in this small but eclectic store. And Tim spent a goodly amount of time and his considerable expertise helping us choose our regular Christmas mixed case. My favorite spot for wine, bourbon and beer.

I love this place. Moved to the area and this is my new neighborhood liquor store. Will is the nicest guy, always so friendly, I look forward to going there.
