I have been a member with Transcend credit union for a long time because of the very personal and caring customer service that is given. Ms. Carrie Schneidtmiller is exceptional and goes the extra mile to help the members in ANYWAY that she can. The other employees are very nice as well. I will drive a longer distance just because of the service they provide.

My husband & I have been with Transcend for many years & have always been very pleased. Carrie Schneidtmiller was a pleasure to work with during this last transaction…and made me feel like more than just another customer & that goes a very long way in my book!

I am member of Transcend Credit Union since 2022 and banking with Transcend was useful to me.
Carrie L Schneidtmiller , Branch Manager helped me in opening the checking and Savings account for me and my spouse and helped me in transferring my Vehicle loan from other organization to Transcend with a good ROI . Loan Transfer was very quick and with benefits . Carrie is always ready to help me whenever I reach out with any sought of Banking queries.

The entire staff is completely knowledgeable and professional. The Branch manager, Ms Berg, is a great customer service provider whom I always look forward to working with.

I really appreciate Carrie Schneidtmiller for her patience, and professional help with my account. She has a great team such as Adriana Ray who thanks me for the waite, and acknowledges my name along with Jo Toler also the new fellow, Rodney Goff, is very helpful. Today, I was assisted with a change for my online access with Terri Berg and the visit was a success, Thank you all!

The staff at the Okolona Branch on Outerloop of Transcend Credit Union are my favorite. I feel like I'm part of the family when I go there. Carrie Schneidtmiller's joyous personality will definitely put you in a better mood. Even though this branch is no longer open on Saturday, I will make sure I get there during the week. I would recommend this Transcend Branch to anyone.

I have been a member of Transcend CU for many years, starting at the U of L branch of Ky. Telco. I have always found the employees to be very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Recently, I had a difficult issue. Terri Berg was very professional and knowledgeable and she took a lot of time to make sure she found a solution that worked for me. I love her upbeat "can do" attitude. Carrie Schneidtmiller was also very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable when I returned to "dot the i's and cross the t's." Jo Ann and Adriana are always professional and knowledgeable. They greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome and valued.

My grandmother had been with Transcend for so many years. Adriana and Jo are so fast, sweet, and helpful. Recently she met with Carrie S. and Terri B. they were so patient and so helpful! Thank you ALL!!

My family and I are out of town and when my husband ran into some issues with his card, we called Transcend and spoke with Rachel Lowe. She was so nice and pleasant and you could hear her smile through the phone. Instead of doing the bare minimum of what was needed, she went one step farther to help us out in the following days until we return home. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
