Very nice people that work here and I love the phone service I have had the same phone service for over a year now. Now mind u if u don't turn ur phone back on within 30 days u will have to change ur number. That's the only thing I hated about the cricket phone service. Now the plus about it is they have what u call bridge payment u can pay a 20 dallor payment and keep ur phone on for a week n then if u pay the rest of ur payment before ur week is up then u won't have to pay the whole full payment again

They really helped my friend with his new Cricket cell phone. This location is the only place you should go if you have a Cricket Phone or Cricket cell phone service. He needed to transfer his contacts and photos from his really old outdated phone and they were able to do it for him.

This store is better than the other one in my area. The one on Outer Loop and Newcut is ok but it seems to take longer there to simply pay the bill. This one on Southside is alot quicker and it seems the staff pay better attention to what your question is.

They have just about any phone you want, no contracts, and I only pay 45.00 a month. Great price. Cricket is the only place I will ever go to!!!!!!!!

Excellent staff. Store is usually busy but there are not many Cricket stores in the area so the busy crowd is expected.
