My sister and I were new patients and we had the absolute best experience. The ladies at the front desk, Stephanie and Jonell, were very welcoming and friendly from our arrival to us leaving . Once we got to the back, assistants, Shee and Lah, were welcoming as well. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our service. As we waited for the doctor in between our appointments, they held wonderful conversations. Even got great show recommendations that I’m looking forward to watching. When Dr. Kevin Farr came in, he made sure we thoroughly understood what was going on with our mouths (from hand drawings of diagrams to answering all of our questions and concerns). I was about to change my major for a minute lol. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist to anyone!

They have been taking care of my family's teeth for a VERY LONG TIME! Always a pleasant experience. EVERYONE in that office is extremely nice and helpful! I drive an hour for my appointments and am happy to do so!

Over the years I have had issues with other dentists and offices. I love this place! The staff is phenomenal! Professional and still put a personal touch on things. Imagine that, a dentist office you actually want to go back to! All of my family is in the process of switching over to these fine folk. The only thing that could be better...is if I had found them a few years earlier!

I absolutely hate the dentist; however, this place makes me feel so much better about coming to the dentist. The tend to me fears perfectly. They manage to keep me calm throughout the entire appointment. This is definitely a feat no other dentist has been able to reach with me. I absolutely love the entire staff. I do not dread the dentist now.

I used to live really close to Beechmont Family Dental and moved away from that area. Since I moved I started using a larger well known dentist closer to where I live and work. What a mistake! The well known dentist performed root canals knowing that there was no way to save my two molars, collected $2000 from me and ended up extracting both teeth. It's no wonder they can afford to donate millions when they are flat out robbing their customers! I'm back at Beechmont Family Dental again! Dr. Akers - Wilson welcomed me back, quickly assessed the need for bridges and I'm happy to say did a wonderful job with the fitment! They've ALWAYS been honest, kind, caring and organized regarding appointments, notifications and treatment of their patients. I'm never leaving again! I've dealt with many Dentists over the years, but Dr. Akers-Wilson is the best, hands down...PERIOD!

I have been going to this dentist office for over 40 years. They are amazing! The front desk staff are helpful and friendly, hygienists are amazing. The Dentists are fantastic! You can't go wrong with the dental care this office provides!

Great place

Went to get my crown put back and less than two months, It fell back off because they put too much cement on my tooth. I’m getting charged for something that they didn’t fix right. Went to another dentist and they put my crown back on, they did a really good job. Parkway dental.
