Absolutely terrible service. Had to wait almost 30 minutes behind 3 people because even though they had 3 lines open with 3 workers only one of them was actually working the other two were just trying to act busy till finally they noticed the line getting bigger and started calling people over. They were all black haired girls ages like 25 ish to like 40 max just in case anyone’s wondering. Tried to exchange 20 rolls of pennies for 20 more as I am a coin collector and was looking for wheat pennies etc. they told me they couldn’t do that all because I didn’t belong to their bank. Yes you heard that right, they wouldn’t simply give me 20 new rolls of pennies in exchange for the 20 I already searched all because I belonged to a different bank, it’s as if my pennies were somehow no good to them because even tho I wasn’t trying to deposit or withdraw anything I just wanted to exchange them for the same exact amount just different pennies was all not sure why but Pnc who I belong too was closed on a Saturday and they were all who’s open which is also strange but sorry to go on a rant just really bummed me out and just don’t understand it but whatever hopefully their manager or someone reads this not that I care anymore cause prob never go back👍🏻

I've had an account for 5 years and was told unless my 16 year old had proof of address from the government I could not open an account with him until his legal form of ID was a month old. The Hispanic manager repeated to me several different times that proof of address was not the college communications I was offering but instead "food stamps or Medicaid" I feel like I was being discriminated against because my son is black and we're not Hispanic. I attempted to file an official compliant with the district manager and was told, oops, sorry about the partial miss and you can open an account now. No thanks. My son took his business to PNC. The district manager will not respond to my requests to file a grievance or an official compliant. Wondering who I should call?

If I could give this bank a negative number I would and while this bank is awful at customer service, this branch is the worse! Every single time I have to use this branch the line is very long and there’s always someone sitting behind a desk trying to look busy. But today I go in and there was no line. OMG, it’s a miracle I thought. I get up to the counter and I’m immediately told I would have to wait for a different teller. So I wait. I get up there with my son to open a student checking and I could tell this lady did not want to do it and looking for some reason to disqualify us. She studies his identification and then tells me I will have to be on the account. I say ok. I hand her my bank card that was in a holder on my phone. She says she needs my ID and I tell her my wallet had been stolen last night. Now I’ve been to this branch 200+ times but there’s nothing she can do she says. She didn’t ask my security questions, didn’t say “well do you have a birth certificate at home?” Just a NO and a meek sorry. I hate this bank and I LOATHE this branch. While it’s a pain to switch banks, watch me do it now. It will take a little time to get everything transferred over but OMG any place would be better than here.

This is by far the absolute worst and slowest U.S Bank branch I have ever associated with. Terribly slow and bad serivce. Don't waste you time here.

So this bank was supposed to open at 9 and it’s past then and they are running around looking unprepared instead of servicing people! Sad!
