Phenomenal team there at the Walgreens on Hikes Lane I don't go to any other one because of that they truly care

They do a good job of filling my pain meds, and when they don't have what I need I'm always contacted and kept up to date

Due to Covid, the employees work hard to provide the best customer service. A customer came in to pick up prescriptions and she was upset the drive thru is closed. The employee explained to the customer they are short staffed multiple times, and she still complained. If people are so concerned about the staffing issues then they should seek employment and be the solution and not the Problem! Update: I called on 3/31/2023, at 7:30 pm to asked about the cost of my prescription. I was on hold for 8 minutes and then I heard someone raised the phone and hung up. This is unacceptable I understand that staffing is an issue. However to have the audacity to pick up the phone and hang it up is not the right thing to do. Shame on you! I will go elsewhere for my pharmacy needs

This store gets bad reviews I disagree! They’ve always been helpful today as spoke with someone named Brittany Brittany most helpful! Appreciation to Walgreens once again!

Excellent Service 👍 called concerning The COVID Shot the my wife is a high risk and has certain health conditions. I just so happen to have called when some had cancelled their shot leaving shots that would have gone to waste. We were told to get there if we could by a certain time. We did and was able to get or 1st shot. We were going to have to wait for another two weeks and then maybe we would have gotten in to get ours due to the reservations filling up. Walgreens was great and the staff Top notch.
We will be back for our second shot and other business that we have already done there.

They were extremely busy but were very professional even with impatient customers.

All the people saying bad things on here is completely wrong 125 percent. Very friendly people.. very clean.. I normally go to Kroger's to get my meds but it always takes them 4 hrs to get my pain meds filled. It took this place eight minutes I was counting.. good job people ten stars everyone that said bad reviews is completely wrong

The Walgreen's on Hikes Ln has been nothing but a good experience for me. Open 24 hour's so I can do a small amount of shopping with very little crowd's if any at all.
The sales people are super nice too! I highly recommend them!

Items easy to find, nice selection, at a fair price. Employees helpful and know where stuff is.
Parking lot well lit
Used to be 24/7, now closes at midnight

Carrie - the pharmacist - is SO good at what she does, I drive across town to fill my prescriptions here. One of the only Walgreens that compounds, Carrie bring years of previous compounding experience to Walgreens and I couldn't be more thankful for her expertise and customer service!

Terrible staff and customer service. Knowing I had a sick one month old at home, they wouldn't even call another store to check for a specific over-the-counter product I was looking for. Pathetic management as well. I will not be back to this location.
