Liquor Barn Express

Stopped in with friends and Kim was happy to help us. We walked out with a few bottles and she sent us to another location that lets you try various store picks and harder to find bottles. This is a great location, will be back.

Ordered some beer when I got home from Köln Germany. They got it for me and even put some aside for me. The person I spoke with when ordering it was not there when i bought some. When I went back a week or 2 later looking to see if they had anymore. The manager said hey I didn't know if you got any of this I put some back for you. Classy you all. Thanks for that cheers

Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had at a liquor store. the staff was welcoming and friendly. Helped us decide on which were the best Kentucky made Bourbons to bring home to share with friends and family. This is our first time to Kentucky and man, these guys have the coolest liquor laws I've ever encountered. Not only that but they're open mad late. The staff was great and really made us feel welcome.

The store excels at being an "express location" given they offer a wider range of brands than one expects when they intend to stop at a chain's "Express" stores.

This location is very well laid out, making it fast and convenient. The employees are always helpful and provide fantastic customer service.

If you are shopping for a specific brand of drink and low on time-- they are easily Louisville's best bet for good service and fulfillment of your needs.

I am from out of state and wanted a good bottle of local whiskey. One of the men working there took the time to help me find a good bottle. All three of the employees were very friendly and the whiskey is excellent. Also, they have a great selection to choose from

Kristina (the Store Manager) and staff are very knowledgeable stewards and offer an organic experience every time I’m there that I enjoy. I choose to frequent this location over others because of the employee. I’m looking forward to the events there once the pandemic comes to an end.

They know their drinks 🥃 & they know their customer’s. I’d been here once prior but kinda hung out bc they were such a pleasure to speak to! While I was there, I realized they had convos with their regulars about common interests & I think that’s special <3

They will make sure you walk out with what you came to find. The ladies & atmosphere had me fill an application out because they loved the company, their management, & employer. Who wouldn’t want to work where they’re having fun? I had such an awesome experience I HAD to leave a review. With so much ugly in the world, this made my day! Had to share :)

This is a liquor store in a small mall. Store presentations are clean and well organized. Usually the staff at cash register as soon as you walk in greet you and I find that a very good start. I feel welcomed to ask them anything regarding what I am searching for and perhaps alternatives. Recommendations from the friendly staff over name brands with a retail of half price? Works for me.

That being said, the staff has been great! Never have I felt that there was any sway from that cordial greeting when I first walked in.

The staff makes all accommodations possible and treats you with the same genuine service you have expected from first greeting at the door . I feel it is a safe and laid back place to be because of the management to customer attention. Bravo for this particular store. I will always go back and I don't go anywhere else. This is my place to go no matter what hour. If I have company and need to grab something special, or if I would just like to get a simple beer for the evening, this is my mainstay.
If you are near by the store, I recommend taking a look-see at the selections there.

The staff was absolutely be wonderful... A smile on her face and she was ready to answer my questions and I got everything that I needed. I will definitely be back.

Very helpful staff. I asked for a relatively new mixer and the gentleman helped me find what I was looking for and then some. Great experience!!

This store is always clean. Very friendly staff. They recently started carrying CBD products, but I have not tried them yet.

Visiting from Philly, went for Kentucky "souvenirs." I was blown away by the great service and detailed recommendations. Would probably be my go to shop if I were local.
