Excellent customer service! I worked with them for about a week to pick out the items I needed for my first legitimate coffee brewing set up and they were so friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I am beyond satisfied with the service and support from Prima and will be purchasing all of my coffee supplies from them from now on.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered an espresso machine and it was shipped out the next day! After it arrived from UPS I noticed there was damage on the unit so I called them and because I live locally they allowed me to stop by their headquarters and exchanged the unit for a new one! I will continue to purchase coffee equipment and accessories from them and would recommend them to anyone looking to get further into coffee

Great deal on a Baratza Encore with a free Aeropress. Shipping was free, and there was no tax, so it was a way better deal than Amazon. Also, I only live a couple of hours away so the standard free shipping got it to me the next day. I ordered late at night and they shipped it the next morning. Thanks!

Prima Coffee is great for anyone who loves coffee. I have loved my experience with them. They even went above my expectations by contacting the manufacturer to organize a replacement for my product.

I'm editing this review and bumping up the score. Prima Coffee reached out to me with some delay due to staffing issues plaguing so many these days. They appear to be "on the case" in my quest for a grinder, so appreciate their response to my request!

What used to be a great coffee equipment retailer, Prima Coffee has gotten too big for their britches. I have ordered my filters from this company for years and it was a shop you could call and always get a customer service rep on the line. It is obvious they have now outsourced their customer service like everyone else and it truly sucks! I called before placing my last order because I was moving and was concerned about getting my order before my USPS Change Of Address went into effect. The person on the other line said if I got my order in today they would ship it that same day. They did not. In fact it didn’t ship until 3 full days later and it collided with my Change Of Address and never arrived. So after many emails, Phone messages asking for a refund with no results I have given up. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
