I love Dr. V— He is very responsive, he listens well and takes my concerns seriously. He is very kind. I like that he also gives advice about diet and lifestyle changes rather than just giving medication all the time. This is the first doctor that I have had that I fully trust with my health - and feel like more than just a number. I was skeptical of the concierge program at first, but have definitely benefited from it.

We have also seen Johnny a couple times with my kids- they loved him.

I also am surprised to see other reviews mentioning a rude staff. I’ve never experienced this. They have all been great to me- Anja has been especially responsive.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Seremet’s for twelve years, since living in Louisville. He is the most knowledgeable, caring, charismatic doctor I have ever known. I trust him with my life!!

I really appreciate their commitment to taking time to listen to my story and concerns, instead of just always just rushing you in and out with a new Rx. I know many of their patients and we all feel the same. Its the way medicine is supposed to be!

Bad communication,no response. We called multiple times and left voicemails on more than one language and never received any response. It didn’t suprise us because we heard abou the bad service from their patients! Glad we never switched to their office!

DR. V, I have never been more disappointed in my Primary Care Physician in my entire life. I simply asked for you to refill a previous prescription for a stomach nausea medication, (zofran) as I have had the Stomach Flu for two days. Vomiting, diareah, bodychills, fever, heafache. You insisted I pay you for a virtual officevisit ($55) not covered by insurance. When I relayed I did not have $55, and all I needed was a refill, you denied my request, knowing all the while I am extremely ill, and cannot get to your office and do not have the $55 you are demanding. This is such a disgrace to medical care, letting your patient suffer due to the fact you are demanding $55 prior to providing a refill of a much needed medication. God help you, Dr Seremet.
