Total Wine & More

Wine sampling today was informative and fun. Tried several different wines. Many different varieties of wines to choose from.

We couldn’t find a particular rum and Patrick and the Paddock Total Wine team took the time to search the stocks above the shelves for 15 minutes until they found it. We were so thankful, and greatest appreciated their patience and diligence! Wonderful customer service by the whole team!

We love their selection of their inventory. We also love to try new liquors with a free sample. They are experts waiting to guide and recommend their products. Now just put one in Clarksville IN. Tired of driving to Louisville KY. Need one north of the Ohio River.

Great place to get wine, beer or liquor. Many varieties and brands. Love the place. And have amazing people who can help and recommend something best.

Gone in here multiple times. Always great selections of anything I’m looking for. The staff is also always very nice and helpful every time I go in. Plenty of parking too! Even on weekends.

HUGE selection of everything you can imagine. My wife loves Japanese plum wine and we couldn’t find it, an older gentleman who works there took us right to it and I do mean gentleman. He was so kind, friendly and likable. Prices are reasonable too!

We always enjoy coming here. Jim helped us to pick out some great bourbons. While sampling we learned about Proseco wine. You can mix them with Apertivo. What a fun experience.

The people that work there are ultra friendly and extremely helpful. They know their stuff and are willing to have a conversation about booze or cigars. 10/10

My favorite store for buying alcohol. Enjoy all the tastings too. They have something for everyone.

I want to say thank you to Total Wine for always having all the BCBS variants and reserves year after year!! My friend and I drive from Indiana every Black Friday and Total Wine never disappoints!! 🍻

Staff at tasting area on 10/28/2021 around 5pm was extremely rude. We just asked if they had tasting for a certain burboun. We didn't think they would but thought we'd ask. The gentleman quickly replied with, I bet you would and so would I as he continued to talk down to us. I personally wanted to put him in his place as he's there to help the customer. We walked away.. we proceeded back to the locked cabinet discussing our experience with the gentleman. I wanted to call him out or call upon store management. The female behind the counter with him turned her back and continued to gulp her little shots she was preparing as we walked up.
In just a few minutes another gentleman approached us and politely helped, unlocked the cabinet and took our selection to the register.
The store was well organized. A couple items weren't in stock but that wasn't surprising. All other floor employees treated everyone respectfully and cashier was friendly and polite.
That was our first visit and might be the last. We can continue to update and grow our personal collection in other establishments that doesn't look down or talk down to people.

Ordered ahead for pickup on a Sunday and just soon after they opened we received notice that Order was ready.
I also took time to walk through the Bourbon Isles and a gentleman was right there to help me and go above and beyond to look a few specific bottles up.
Wish I'd gotten his name to thank him via online reviews.
Our specific online order was a couple Bourbon bottles that won in this year's tasting via Google News.
At less than $60.00 a bottle we'll be able to taste for ourselves before prices are increased 300xs MSRP.

The staff at this store are so helpful and kind. A special shout out to the more “mature” man there. There’s been several occasions where I’ve needed help finding something and he always takes me to it and explains if there are any variations of it. He’s never pointed to an aisle and said “it’s over there”!! And, always with a great smile on his face!!
