What a wonderful boutique! I travel from Northern Kentucky to shop at Lulubelle’s several times a year. They always have beautiful cloths, unique finds, and amazing gifts. Recently, I was able to upgrade a lot of my serving pieces and I received numerous compliments. I love them!!! The owners are such special, creative and talented women. I always appreciate the time they spend with me and love their suggestions.

Absolutely one of my favorite boutiques! Beautiful variety and selection of clothing and gifts. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that is always so welcoming and helpful. A must visit for all those traveling to the Louisville area. And a staple for all of us local residents!

This shop is a hidden gem in Louisville. It is located in the cutest neighborhood. The stuff inside is as cute as the outside of this shop! I shop LuLuBelles all the time for clothes, my jewelry and my favorite Volcano candles. The owner has the best taste and stocks the store with the cutest stuff!!! I love that there aren't too many of each item so I feel like my clothes are unique. I wear at least 1 LuLuBelles item a day practically. And the workers are always so friendly and helpful. You should definitely give this shop a try!!! It's my favorite boutique in Louisville!

I love the shop! It is such a light and bright atmosphere and happy to shop and even on a rainy day. They have the best gifts many of them handmade from right here in Kentucky. You will find the perfect gift for any occasion!!

The shop is got some cute items. She really knows how to shop at the Atl Merchandise Mart. I can not help but buy something but service is terrible. I try to shop local but!!! More Adult cloths looking too needed - we like to look hip!

I purchased a pair of earrings online from LuluBelles and retuned them before picking them up in the store. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. It took 3 emails from me, the better business bureau, and my bank for me to get my money back. I will never shop here again and will never recommend this boutique.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online on 12/22 and paid for expedited (2-3 days) shipping so that I would have the merchandise before we left for NYE. When I received the shipping confirmation on 12/23 it stated the item was shipped UPS. I called them several times with no answer so I left a voicemail and sent an email. When I got no response to either of these I called again on 12/27. Someone finally answered the phone. When I explained the situation all I got was a lame apology and refund for the shipping. How should have this been handled? Well, there were several options:
1. Offer a full refund (item + shipping) since the item was not going to arrive in time.
2. Check inventory to see if you had more in stock in the buyer's size and ship overnight with a return label to send the original item back.
3. Contact UPS to see if you could make it right.
I've tried rerouting the original item at my own expense but now I'm thinking just to return altogether. But with almost 2 weeks of rain in CA I don't know if the item will be okay outside. In addition, this seller only offers store credit and I truly have no desire to give them any further business as they obviously lack attention to detail and customer service.
