Blk Out Transport

Delivered my order on time and were very professional in every aspect. I had another local company that completely botched our order so I called Blk Out in a bind and they saved the day. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

72 days past due invoice, cant get paid...Invoice # 11927...We did our part ...... now we need to be paid. Bond claim is in the works now.

DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS ON TIME! Blackout was scheduled to deliver an item to me on Feb 12th. They were supposed to call the day before to arrange a time window but I never received a call I finally called them and was told that they are behind schedule because of bad weather. So after waiting through the weekend I called them again on Monday evening. This time they said they have me scheduled for delivery on Feb 26th. That's a full 2 weeks after the scheduled date. They said they only deliver to my area on Fridays and the weather was supposed to get bad again so I would have to wait. You would think they could come out some other day if the week rather than be 2 weeks late but I guess timeliness isn't important to them.
