I have not had any problems when I go there. Always polite friendly nd nice. So I say thank you. Can't find that at many places now days.

This Credit Union is the best.
I have been with them for almost 5 years and love the staff, They were right there with me trying their best to get me the best car loan and they did it.
Six months in my new vehicle and I am so happy. Not only that but any and all questions that you might have they will help you.

My husband is wheelchair bound from a stroke and he also had other residual effects from this incident.

I was very pleased that the person attending him spoke to him the whole time. We had explained his medical situation and they were very patient with him. He was able to resolve and take care of all his banking issues.

I've been a member of CCU for almost 20 years and have nothing but praise for every contact I've ever had with every associate. I've had 2 mortgages, auto loans, checking and savings accounts. They have been willing to bend over backwards to accommodate my needs whenever necessary. I will never do my banking at any other institution and would highly recommend CCU to anyone.

We recently moved to Louisville and were anxious to open an account at a local Credit Union. After being treated very poorly at a Credit Union closer to our home we decided to try Commonwealth. Everything about our experience was great! We couldn't be happier! The staff was very friendly, the facility is very modern and welcoming, and the services were exactly what we needed.

I have been a customer for 5 years haven't had some issues recently with an account. The issues I had have been quickly and efficiently been corrected. Drew and Bethany at this branch are awesome to work with!

My name is Brian Atchison and I am a member who moved to Jacksonville North Carolina on July 5 2018. 2 months after moving from Louisville We were hit hard by hurricane Florence in Jacksonville. MY work was unable to open and so I was left without income but still had bills. I have a car loan through the Crums lane branch and called to see if I could pay the payment late and to see what my options would be.
I talked to Anthony first, who told me he would check on options. He got Mike for me and then then hallejuh started! Mike told me I qualified for a low interest disaster relief loan.
I was shocked. I live in North Carolina, not Kentucky. But Glenda Hager walked me through the online process, did ALL of the paperwork on the phone. All I had to do was email a few documents back to her and by 5pm (BEFORE THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS THAT SAME DAY) I had all I needed to take care of my family during this historic hurricane. Don't let anyone trick you, Glenda Mike and Anthony took care of a member 700 miles away! God bless Commonwealth Credit Union for caring and God bless the people at the Crums lane branch. Btw FEMA had denied ANY help to us so far because we are not homeowners... CWCU is the real emergency group!!!
