Firehouse Subs Hurstbourne Parkway

Ordered thru Uber eats. Food was amazing and arrived quickly. Got a great deal on BOGO subs as well. Highly recommend!

I was craving a healthy,hearty salad and that's exactly what I got.
I like seeing the calories on the menu.
I took most of it home because it is was so big and I couldn't eat it all.

We had a great experience. Food was great. Fresh and warm. Staff was amazing. Very welcoming and allowed us easily to customize our food.

Dinning room and bathrooms very clean.

My family and I will be back.

By far my favorite subs in town! The owner is always working when I go in there, which is very rare. The gift cards are a big hit with my friends and family as well!

Absolutely love their ham have never been disappointed with a sandwich from here however I for some reason couldn't get any firehouse hot sauce said all they had was cholua and Texas pete

The food was delicious. It was busy during lunch hour when we were there, but the staff worked to get us through quickly. We dined in - the food was good, staff were friendly, and the dining area was clean.

It was a great experience! The young man Lance was very polite and the store was very clean.

Mouth watering subs, the smell,taste of the meat is amazing, hot or cold Ny steamer or smoked chicken, try what makes your tongue tickle. Management & staff top notch.

I’m writing this review as I’m sitting here waiting for my sandwich(I know it’s gonna be delicious!!) I was immediately greeted as I walked in! Both older gentlemen just made my day!!! Extremely sweet & made me feel welcomed! I love firehouse and if they worked everyday I would be back every single day no doubt!!!!

I've had 2 different sandwiches here & they were both really good! They get things made fairly quickly & the place is clean & bright. I really like that part of my payment goes to charity!

Been waiting forever to try that New York Steamer. Just had one and I think I'm in love. Great sandwich, absolutely perfect. Thank you all for doing such a great job especially in these trying times.

I normally pick up, but ordered through uber Eats.
Uber Eats was quick and great, but fire house subs forgot items that I paid extra for.

GREAT. The food was prepared quickly and made well. The staff was friendly & helpful never rushing me as I slowly placed my order asking questions about the menu. The floor, tables bathroom and other areas were clean trash or to the touch. Great location on this visit. I will be coming back.

I got the New York Steamer Large, Double meat on white bread. Delicious sandwich but it is definitely something that should be shared. Eating the entire meal is definitely gluttony. But it is awesome.

I am never disappointed stopping here, food is awesome but so is the customer service. Always friendly and always delicious. I don't see how other restaurants can't figure this out. Pricing is fair too. Always will be back here as long as they don't go down hill.

My name is Destaney, & I'm addicted to Firehouse subs already. Today was my first time going and it was good. I will be back. The employees were nice too. Their lemon cookies and brownies are good too.

This place has gotten much better. We came in to eat one afternoon and the staff and chef were extremely friendly. The food was great. We will be back 😃😃

Hook & Ladder is great!
Bread is always fresh, not too thick, but holds up well for a meat-packed sub sandwich. 😋

Great sandwich shop, almost all sandwiches are hot.
I *love* the smokehouse beef and cheddar. Highly recommend that.

Also FYI I tried the new beer cheese sandwich and thought it was gross. Way too much liquid cheese and very little meat.
