Absolutely had the best service. The store has a new manager to run it . He is knowledgeable and so friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for knowledgeable help and new devices. Thank you all !

The customer service at this location is only rivaled by the location in Oxmoor. Of course, I can only speak on ones I have personally experienced, but I definitely recommend speaking with Devin or Johnny at this location. Both employees obviously care about customer’s well being and I’m glad I got the pleasure of stopping by.

Upgraded my phone in store yesterday with the help of Arianna. She was so friendly and helpful…really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed, without pressuring me into “extras”. She was thorough throughout the whole process (which was quicker than I thought it would be), and dealt with all of my questions! She didn’t mind addressing my concerns with camera settings, a good case, phone protection, etc. I will definitely go back to this store in the future.

I got a new phone and could not get it to download properly. I went to this T-Mobile and Makayla went over and above to get it working correctly. I may not have spelled her name right but from now on she will be the only one who handles my phone issues. Many thanks to a smart lady.

It was a very busy night, lots of customers and long line. But Collin/Colin was amazing. He was professional, worked quickly and took care of everything. I highly recommend this location and I give Colin high praise for multi tasking and knowing exactly what to do. He went above and beyond!

Lost my phone Into Thin Air. Went to T-Mobile store where I walked right in and was taken care of by Chris, the associate manager (our luck). He immediately put me at ease knowing how stressed I was about potentially losing all my data. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty! I left there with a new phone and everything restored as well as my lost phone being completely locked down. Best service ever.

After hours of headaches with customer service over the phone I decided to walk into this location & Chris went above and beyond to resolve my issues quickly. His customer service and professionalism exceeded expectations & ultimately led to me keeping 10 lines with t mobile when I was on the verge of canceling all together. Highly recommend this location

I really am impressed with the customer service I received the past 2 days at this store. Every employee that was there was so professional and so nice. They made sure to discuss the options to fix my issues with my phone and got me the best deal . This is the kind of service all stores should give. I definitely will return and recommend this store.

I went to T-mobile because my I-pad was working slow and I had not been able to figure out why. The staff person, Troy was able to take a look at my I-pad and showed me what was wrong with it and how to fix the issue. He fixed the problem and showed me some things I need to do to maintain my I-pad so that it works properly. I was relieved and happy with the help I received.

This store has the greatest staff i have met in my 5 years with T-Mobile, especially Naomy (Retail Assistant Manager). She has great listening skills and is very customer focused. I was ready to leave T-mobile because my phone had not been working correctly for almost 3 weeks. She was able to resolve the issue. She has made me customer for tlife and i will change my store to hers. Thank you Naomy.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this location. Both times I have had to go into the store Edmund had helped me. I can't say enough fantastic things about this guy. He's incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and had great customer service. I will not use another service or team member again.

We were approached by a young lady without any waiting. We explained our problem and she resolved the issue immediately.

I visited the Hurstbourne Pkwy store on 6/25/18 after my phone was cracked/shattered and unusable. I had the fortunate experience of working with Chris, Store Manager, who not only helped me with the best phone for my needs but was extremely patient with my lack of technical expertise. He spent a great deal of time with me in locating the replacement phone that was comparable to what I was currently spending and with ease of use. I would highly recommend this particular
Sprint store for your electronic needs.

Stressed out over not having a phone all weekend. Only went here because I decided to go with sprint for the unlimited plan & this is right down the street from where I work in bluegrass park. But I got a s7 at first didn't like it but was able to exchange it for a 7 plus! Very happy with what I got & the girl that helped me was awesome & nice!
